This isn't really an answer to your question, but as far as i know, women DO value looks, but a lot end up seeing money, status or a good personality as compensation for a lack of good looks. Physical attractiveness signifies good health (among other things), and if women were to choose between an attractive successful man and an unattractive successful man, they would most certainly pick the first option. 3	How to be (femininely) charismatic As some of the other comments mentioned, charisma on command is very helpful, they have an online course and their videos are just as educational as well. Another thing you can do is create a list of people you find charismatic, and list the things that make them appear charismatic to you (such as genuinely smiling often, being enthusiastic and expressive, taking up more space, etc.) and then try to develop those habits as well.
