I've seen a few (2) black-men-exclusive scholarships. I'm much more interested in how many scholarships are sex-specific. Women scholarships (for women in tech) are literally everywhere. Every week I see another one @ fb. Other scholarships/internships I've seen (STEM) can be divided into two-cathegories: 1.) reserved for extreme high achievers. 2.) with a diversity / "we ensure equal opportunities for marginalized groups" note attached.
