2	Medical issue kept me out of the gym for nearly 2 months. Returned to the gym today and learned that lifting is by far the most important part of TRP. Don't take the gym for granted. This post is 100 percent right. I broke my arm (humerus) 4 months ago and can't do anything but leg exercises yet. It's huge the effect it had in me.
