Translation being that you know it's the fallacy and you know you can't refute it, but you're unwilling to be wrong, and ironically enough devolving yourself into toxicity while swearing toxic feminists aren't "true" feminists. Read you 5 by 5, unfortunately you're not nearly as subtle as I'm sure you think you are.

You're claiming that the inconvenient people in your group aren't "true feminists" rather than addressing the problem, which is practically a textbook example. Petty name-calling is beneath you and we both know it, if you have an argument as for how the fallacy doesn't apply I'd love to hear it.

Honestly I don’t have a clue either, I just heard there was a loophole in the hunting law that they were looking at using

What’s the hunting law? I believe that was a loophole or something they were going for

Date is august 28th. There aren’t any sources beyond the tweet that do more than just restate the tweet, and considering the shitstorm Kyle got hit with for daring to not lie down and die, it’s common sense why there wouldn’t be a name-drop

His attorney, Lin Wood, confirmed in a tweet that “Kyle did not carry a gun across state lines. The gun belonged to his friend, a Wisconsin resident. The gun never left the state of Wisconsin.” His @ is @LLinWood if you’d like to confirm the tweet is real

... and he was borrowing a gun from a Wisconsin friend and using it in the state of Wisconsin? You follow the gun laws of the state the gun is in, not your personal origin state

He was 17, borrowing a gun from a friend in-state with parental permission, which I believe I remember hearing is totally legal in Wisconsin (but I haven’t looked into it yet, so take that with a grain of salt)

“Hopefully the woman was found, charged, and sentenced” was enough, the rest took it too far

“You should be uncomfortable the entire train ride so I don’t lose a handful of inches of personal space!!!!11!1!1!1!!!” Get over it.

Can’t give consent at 13. If you don’t consent to sex, then that sex is rape. If you want to argue that it’s not, go take it up with your local lawmaker. All you do by arguing with me over whether rape is actually rape is make me wonder more and more whether you’re a pedophile hoping to make diddling kids ok, or just mentally deficient.

This is still rape because you can’t give consent at 13. That is the law. If you can’t see that, you’re either a fucking moron or a pedo in denial.

I’d be willing to bet that if he were to throw even 1 punch back, the dudes to the right and left of him would have kicked the shit out of him

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
