50/50 with the kids, focus on your own growth and forget that trick. Seriously there are plenty of good women out there.

It would take both of you to make something work….it sounds like she doesn’t want to put in effort. Change your mindset, focus on bettering yourself and planning to fight for time with your kids. Also remember she’s not the only woman on the earth.

Don’t move, deal with it. Stay for you child and keep 50/50, if you lose that you will regret it.

Eh that will pass trust me…. What’s the most likely is he will get tired of her and toss her to the curb. If at that time she realizes the mistake she made and tries to come back you will have a big decision to make. My suggestion… take the time now to build yourself up regardless of what she does and you will ultimately be able to deal with the situation better and feel better about yourself also.

Don’t blame him… he’s a kid, she’s likely going thru a midlife crisis and she is doing you a favor despite how it feels in the moment. Give it time and you will have clarity.

This is strange behavior when they generally ask for the divorce… do they wish to be happy with you a bit under them in life? It just doesn’t compute in my brain. Just move on and be glad you don’t have to deal with her in that way anymore.

Being of the old school mentality and wanting a love/not wanting to be alone…. That’s cool just get a prenuptial agreement

Gather your evidence, use it afterwards. Then go get yourself some therapy.

Know this… she was always the woman you see now, she just couldn’t hold it in anymore. Count your blessings and recognize this moment in time is going to sting and be painful but the good thing about it is … it’s just a moment in time. Work on yourself everyday… if she is being nasty and feeling herself while disrespecting you then she will get what’s coming to her in one way or another. That shouldn’t be your focus tho, focus on yourself.

You can ask for it when negotiating…. If she’s a spiteful young lady she may have already pawned it or something tho… I didn’t even bother asking

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
