Try the same on tinder, I think the quality of people will drop drastically.

Yeah and he didn't get arrested for approaching, he got arrested for distributing notes asking for paid sex. It's like saying someone walked up to a woman, punched her in the face and then complained he was just approaching. It just isn't the same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/22 06:41 PM

So what's the problem, nobody thinks this is normal.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/22 03:23 PM
2

Nobody thinks these are grey areas. False accusations are a completely different subject from establishing what is and isn't punishable behaviour.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/22 02:44 PM
3

Ok, continue to live in your world where it is normal to give notes to random women asking for prostitution.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/22 02:28 PM
4

It's easy because if you don't act like a complete pervert you aren't coming anywhere near the line where it is a grey area. The examples in this thread are: Giving women notes asking for prostitution. Ambushing them and grabbing them....twice. Grabbing and forcefully trying to kiss people. The guy running around on a bike, blocking peoples paths, following them around and talking to them in the most psycho voice ever, he also did this a lot because several women are seen saying he did it before…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/22 01:14 PM
3

It has nothing to do with feelings, it is literally soliciting for prostitution.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/22 01:01 PM
2

You think the goalposts are moved when you say giving people a note asking for prostitution is not the same as just approaching someone?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/22 12:18 PM
3

How can you not see the difference between approaching someone and handing them a note asking for prostitution. No seriously, I thought this was easy but apparently some of you just don't seem to get it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/22 12:17 PM
3

Honestly if you look at these examples and think "That is totally something I would also do!" then perhaps it IS better that you never approach someone.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/22 12:07 PM
3

Who defines inappropriate or creepy behaviour? It's really not that difficult, come on.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/22 11:55 AM

how the f do you not know the difference between talking to someone and following them around, grabbing them and forcefully try to kiss them. Seriously, how.

What I can't stand are the hypocrites. The people who have had dozens of partners themselves but demand their SO to be a virgin or near virgin.

Ugh this shit again. ITS FINE TO TALK TO PEOPLE. Just accept it if she is not interested.

There appears to be a mismatch between how TRP is described in wikis and PDFs and such and what most people identifying as Red Pill think. The community seems quite extreme and misogynistic a lot of the time, but the most common written stuff mostly consists off a lot of self improvement, it's actually quite tame.

What part of "not being entitled to is a bad argument that doesn't make problems go away, as by these examples of other problems that are not on the same level" did you have trouble with reading?

Ohw wow I bet your anecdote completely invalidates studies among tens of thousands or even millions of people. Also when will people learn it is not a competition between people who have been raped and those who have been falsely accused? They are both victims and both should be taken serious.

If you do not understand basic concepts like generalization then I don't see any use in continuing our conversation. This is something you should have learned in elementary school. I hope there is someone else who is capable of actual debate.

https://youtu.be/WHrn_pHW2so?t=57 That's you. I literally told you why multiple times now. To showcase how ridiculous the "you aren't entitled to something" response is because you can shout it at every problem big or small. Not being entitled to something is a bad argument that doesn't make problems go away, as by these examples of other problems that are not on the same level as never finding a partner. You just want to distract from actual point I made long enough for it to be forgotten so yo…

It's still in poor taste to compare your life live to homelessness and unemployment. I literally said multiple times before and after your comment that they aren't the same. What do you want me to do, say it again? I made the meaning of my post quite clear: Not being entitled to something is a bad argument that doesn't make problems go away, as by these examples of other problems that are not on the same level as never finding a partner. What you make of it: Weeeeh homelessness and unemployment …

Then why make the comparision? To showcase how ridiculous the "you aren't entitled to something" response is because you can shout it at every problem big or small. You deliberately choose to interpret this is as an attempt to say they are the same, even while I stated they are not, which is acting in an extremely bad faith manner not fitting for a CMV thread. If you don't care about athlete getting pussy, don't bring up athletes getting pussy I never did. Are you ready to discuss the fact that …

Not on par with homelessness and unemployment. and no nobody is saying these problems are equally bad. Sorry but I get the feeling you aren't even reading what I write. Being so insensitive as to compare his blue balls to homelessness and unemployment is definitely part of why he's having trouble finding a partner. I can't even be friends with people who do shit like that. Hell, I can't even stand to be acquainted with people who say/think shit like that. Why the need to twist what I said so hor…

In what world is never finding a partner not an actual problem. It isn't food or shelter so you aren't allowed to feel impacted by it? You aren't allowed to say it is a problem or you have a victim complex? All social problems are just minor inconveniences?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 09:20 PM

It's not a suffering competition, one gender's problems do not invalidate the other.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 09:01 PM

Ok so continue to debate in bad faith, I wasn't the one saying that in the first place. I only tried to explain what most people think is the real problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 08:44 PM
3

You seem to treat the sentence "you aren't entitled to" as some sort of magic slogan that instantly makes there be no problem any more. People aren't entitled to jobs either, if people aren't putting in the effort to find work it's their fault. People aren't entitled to a house either, if people aren't putting in the effort to find a home it's their fault. You can just say that but it doesn't make it any less of a problem for the people involved. It's an incredibly show of lack of empathy in my …

Sexlessness has almost tripled in under 8 years from 2010 to 2018. It's increased for women too. And? You do not think sexlessness, which is also a proxy for difficulty finding a relationship and loneliness is a problem?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 06:20 PM
1

So you think not having any romantic success your entire life is a minor problem and the people who do say this is a problem have a massive victim complex.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 06:02 PM
1

You seem to find the concept of context rather difficult. Come back when you are ready to discuss what I have stated is the problem the entire time.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 05:12 PM
1

No idea, it's not something I believe in the first place.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 04:55 PM
1

No, who gives a fuck. I already stated multiple times the fact that there are so many men having no luck at all is the actual problem. The rest is just context.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 04:54 PM
1

ohw ffs, nobody is saying this is all lonely men. This is about specifically the members of incel communities.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 04:16 PM
2

As an example of the other side of the inequality, duh.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 04:01 PM

Ohw ffs Lillith, nobody cares about the athletes, they care about the significant portion of men having no luck at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 03:56 PM
1

They did. I posted the quotes. They didn't, they are extremely pessimistic, but none of them states literally that 80% of men have 0 luck.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 02:54 PM
1

I meant in this metaphor.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 02:49 PM
9

I seriously have no idea why people find it so hard to understand that prostitution is not a substitute for love.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 02:12 PM
7

You guys claimed 80% of men have absolute no luck with women. No idea if someone did claim this, but saying this is what the 80/20 rule is is a strawman. 80/20 means 80% of people get 20%.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 02:09 PM
1

28% ARE homeless and broke.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 01:52 PM
2

Yes and you made claims about men doing just fine dating, which I think isn't true if you look at the number of men failing. Also the claim isn't that 80% gets nothing, the claim is that 80% gets 20%. 28% get nothing.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 12:53 PM
4

I don't literally believe that 80/20 stuff anyway. It might be close to true for casual sex using online dating, which is a way smaller community than people make out. However claiming men are doing fine is also ridiculous given these numbers.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 12:42 PM
6

Right, so if the unemployment rate was 28% that wouldn't be considered a problem as the majority still have a job?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 12:27 PM
1

Young men are NOT doing well: https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2019/03/29/share-americans-not-having-sex-has-reached-record-high/ 28% of men between the age of 18 and 30 had no sex in a year's time in 2018. If you look at 18-24, 1 in 3 has had no sex in the past year. The number of men without dating success is only increasing.

There is nothing wrong with realizing it's both. Both getting fitter and healthier and being more attractive for others are benefits so why do I have to choose?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 11:37 AM
4

Yes that was the meaning 20 years ago, times change.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 08:28 PM
2

Would you then say that it's no longer appropriate for paraplegics outside of that community to be called paraplegics? yes, because then word has developed a new meaning. Just like you don't call people retarded or morons any more even though that was once the correct scientific term.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 08:14 PM
3

It's a dumb platitude. People do things to attract others all the time and it's normal. Just don't go overboard and realize they have to be things you are ok with doing.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 07:32 PM
1

that's the kind of dumb shit that needs to stop, they are two very distinct groups.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 07:10 PM

Cooking classes are one of the dumbest dating advice anyway. Who the fuck is going to pay serious money to learn how to cook and then use that time to hit on women who are completely busy doing something.

That's the entire point, they are a community of radicals.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 06:54 PM

Which is why I don't think the term incel should be used for everyone that can't get laid, the radical incels are a very distinct group.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 06:52 PM
2

more often it's just an excuse for people to not face they are just fat. If you aren't in the gym at least 5 times a week then the "it's just muscle" excuse doesn't apply.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 06:51 PM
6

Also the guys in actually happy long term relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 05:26 PM

True for a significant portion of unsuccessful men. It's really hard to look unattractive when you are fit, well groomed, wear good clothes and smell nice.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 04:58 PM
1

They tell the truth. You don’t. I prefer the company of honest people. The truth about what, did they make you happier or more successful? You do know one of the reasons I make the distinction is that I didn't lose my virginity or get a relationship until I was 30 either, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 03:47 PM
3

Ah yes, blaming her for him cheating, makes sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 03:32 PM

Well turns out you are an actual incel, who would have thought. Congratulations, everything I said applies to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 03:25 PM

Peculiar how badly you want to identify with these groups.

/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 03:11 PM

I take it you couldn't be bothered to read the second line as well? edit: tl;dr for the rest of this thread - turns out he's an actual incel identifying with these groups.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 03:01 PM
-6

I made it plenty clear what community I am referring to. People calling you mean words doesn't mean actual incels don't exist. Like people calling al Muslims Al queda doesn't mean Al queda doesn't exist as a very distinct group.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:55 PM
1

Not men, just him.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:50 PM
-7

Not really because they choose to associate with a radical misogynistic group. Note I don't think the term incel should apply to anyone who can't get laid, only to members of the incel communities.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:16 PM

Yeah but then you might have a legit skin condition and maybe a dermatologist can help.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 09:47 PM
3

Wtf, you think someone should never have a relationship again after losing someone at age 40? That's some major insecurity there.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 09:32 PM
3

Wow what an incredible argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 09:09 PM
3

Think about this: most men in relationships are incapable of staying faithful. Most cheat on their gfs and wives even looking the way they do lol. This actually isn't true, almost all numbers show the percentage of people that cheat at around 20%.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 08:56 PM
3

True, but why put yourself in that position if you can avoid it with basic self care?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 06:46 PM
4

One thing about the last one is that the guy on the left isn't even trying and it shows. Grooming matters. If the guy on the left actually shaved, treated his skin and got a decent haircut he wouldn't look gross, and if he lost weight he might actually look pretty good.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 06:38 PM
2

lmao, people pretending the movie portrays some normal weekend fling. They were together during the most traumatic experience of her life and the guy literally sacrificed his chance of survival for her.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 05:53 PM

Are you going to do the same and dismiss everyone in a happy relationship? How do you even know that side if all those people don't feel the need to post here? It seems to me that people here reject the idea that anyone can even be in a happy relationship if they aren't gigaChad.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 05:28 PM

People starving have experience eating. But yes pretending to know it all and make broad generalizations about women while never actually having a relationship is pretty laughable.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 05:12 PM

Did you see the quotes? The joke is that Jason Momoa was slammed as having a "dad body" by the tabloid industry for this picture.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 05:05 PM

It's pretty hard to take this sub serious after most people answered they were virgins in the when did you lose your virginity thread. It's the Dunning Kruger parade of people discussing sexuality. The result is something aka to the Lion of Gripsholm Castle for the dating world.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 05:04 PM

No shit, it's Jason Momoa in his off season.

EVERY woman is a bad boy chaser Well there go the goalposts first, second the idea that you call people you never even met low value is pretty hilarious. They are all college educated, have good jobs, do sports and none are overweight.

So why do half my nerdy friends have long term relationships.

I think there is a financial incentive to lie and no way to check.
