Thanks for the advice! I agree, adding value to the conversation would help. I’ll try adding humor. I see, I need to build enough rapport before asking for those personal questions. I usually start with asking for names when meeting new people (usually dudes), but I see with women they have their guard up. Appreciate the great response! In the past, I used to have long convos because I thought building rapport over a long period of time was good, but I realized how fallible this strategy is and never got anywhere with them. But now I’m better at quickly striking while the iron is hot and suggesting we continue our conversation on a date. I’ll work on being more direct and practicing that masculine frame constantly so it becomes ingrained in me.
