Sometimes doing what's best for the "family" (even without a child) requires being the breadwinner. My suggestion is to do both. Do what it takes to get some income coming in immediately, as well as building your business on the side. That doesn't necessarily mean chop your beard, etc. just depends on the job you want to attain to begin with.

Good stuff. I've dropped from 36% bodyfat to 21%. Want to get to around 12-15.

Just got blood test results back today. 1203 total, 43 free. Estrogen at 30. Upping a-dex to 3 halves a week.

I am having pretty similar results as you, 36 y/o. Total and free were very low at first, now total in 1000 range, free right where it should be. I'm taking more than most per week, broken up into two shots per week with a-Dex. No HCG anymore as acne was horrible on it. Blood work coming back perfect each time. Also, as kids are old enough, refuse to talk to her. Say the kids can contact you on their own.

I went to a wellness clinic that specializes in it. The "Low T Center" also does the same thing. They know much more about the levels than a general practitioner would, so I'd suggest a specialized clinic.

As long as I want to stay at these levels, sure.

This is absolutely perfect.

Yep. I would love my bench at body weight, but barely touching 225 currently. Squat is at 315 though... Keep it up! Consistency is key! It's amazing the changes that happen internally and externally from a consistent gym schedule.

It works. I've seen quite a few posts lately in this forum that talk about "I've been changing, and now she's starting to fight back with"you're mean, you don't love me anymore" etc. I'm here to say it works. I've been lurking for about 6 months, reading the sidebar content and as many posts as I have free time outside of the gym. Lost 50lbs fat, put on 22lbs lean muscle. BF % at 21 down from 36. I've been stepping out of her frame and creating my own for which she needs to live. We have impleme…

Called it :). Glad we got that figured out. Once you're in the normal range or higher, it'll be hard to stay out of the gym 3x a week. Just a warning ;)

Remember, even if results are in the 600+ range, check to see if they'll let you ramp up to 1000+. It helps immensely.

For sure. Good stuff! Low dose aspirin helps with bp when working out as well.

Testosterone helps control the mental game. If your levels are off, it's hard to get that last bit of motivation to keep your game straight.

It worked for me. Went from 36% bodyfat to 21% so far. Dropped 50lbs fat, gained 21lbs lean. I'm at 206lbs lean body mass currently 6'4". I think this is the key you're missing.

Get your T level checked. If it's under 700, get it supplemented til your level is 1000ish, and free is around 20. Also, lift more weights. Keep it consistent. You'll gain lean body mass, but the fat will melt off.

Getting cut was the best thing I've ever chosen to do. Literally, takes the guesswork out of it.

Perfect. My wife didn't start going to the gym until after I had been going consistently. It's natural for it to happen after you take charge and do it first.

After getting her help for suicidal tendencies (top priority), you need to start thinking in an abundance mentality. You're too easy for her right now. Have you been working out at all? If not, start. Let her start to notice girls looking at you. Make her lust after you.

Here in Colorado, you can get an 8th for $25 as medical. $50 if recreational. Gram is probably $10-20 depending on where you go and quality.

Agree with this post completely. Started going to the gym at 5am, and it has completely changed my life for the better :) Also, get your T level tested. It's usually free, and if you're low, nothing like a proper T level will energize you and keep your mindset straight.
