My previous best at a huge 235lbs was 455#. I'm 195lbs now and pull 365#, I suck right now, but I'm improving regularly. Just got back from a work week in Japan. I fit in perfectly fine there!

I love my wife dearly. I realized I couldn't change her, but I could change me. My life is SO much better for it. I'm trying to be the lead. To be the change I want in my relationship. Proving that I don't need her validity, but I value her nonetheless. She has now taken the initiative to see a therapist about her anger whereas before, she wouldn't even go with me when I went to see one for marriage counseling. It's a freakin self fulfilling prophecy.
