There's a lot but not enough to replace men 100% to provide for all the women. Most of these jobs don't have 20% women in them. If all men die out, women will live in a worsening condition until they get wiped. If all women die out, most basic living standards will be relatively the same until men die of old age or internal conflicts. That's the difference. The job you mentioned can be easily replaced by man. But jobs in place like power plants, water treatment plants, farming, logistics cannot be 100% replace by women. Actually almost all countries that used to be in British empire have this law. I don't know about your country. But in Singapore, once you finish basic training, the yearly refresher course is like a exotic vacation. Pay vacation, gun, boy talk, cheap beer and easy access of takeaway food.

Singapore here. That depends on your vocation that they assign to you. Got a friend in logistics branch and get all different driving license for all class of vehicles. If you get place like infantry like me, then you get to learn field survival stuff and shooting. Since I from a tropical country, field training is more like playing with mud and feeding mosquito.
