Then the women feel victimized by men trying to bring up how they feel manipulated. It just goes on and on in a brutal cycle.

I'm sorry then. It's kinda hard to distinguish sarcasm from non-sarcasm with only the words to go on.

True - but it is still irresponsible to say it is true before it was proven. Also, his statement implied that he was talking about all women, and not simply overall: correlation doesn't mean causation. Another thing to add is that this behavior could have bean a result of nurture (a.k.a., feminism) and not nature.

No. Saying that "everyone knew it already" is just as flawed thinking as saying "men are controlling barbarians." That is just a belief that you held up before it was proved as factual.

Hmmm.... Yah I was wrong on some stuff. I still think that we are generalizing feminism, but now I can see how some of the resentment for feminism is justified. I was trying to elaborate some of the similarities to feminism, but it turns out that I was the one generalizing feminism with several other liberal movements.

fight enemy Please stop using these words. It creates an "us versus them" mentality which will make us just as single mindedly ignorant as the type of ignorant feminism we are trying to fix. Believe it or not, the MRM IS A FEMINIST MOVEMENT. We just think that "patriarchy" is a completely bullshit argument that undermines what feminism was originally supposed to be about. edit: I was wrong about the "IS" part, but there are some similarities.

Macarthyism was justified by Communism. Don't let the label of the ideology be the enemy.

Well I would respond by pointing out her hypocrisy. You use the word pussy as an insult? Well then that makes you part of the patriarchy. :3
