Update. Spoke to the soon to be ex tonight. Had to resort to text message. Kept it clean tried to reason but tried everything without sounding needy or begging. Tried to be reasonable and show I was trying and was knocked back at every angle. I think it's time to accept it start the grieving and concentrate on myself and the kids. Time to look into getting a lawyer and go forward. I've stated I would was 50/ 50 with the kids and hopefully isn't going to be too messy

Thanks I've just spoke to one of my mates for over an hour and he said he knew something wasn't right and I've to speak to my other mate as he's concerned as well and he's been through a messy break up with kids involved and might be able to point me in the right direction with a lawyer

What do I do regarding the fact she's still living in the house. She's swanning about drinking and basically not giving a fk at night. I could try and arrange going to a mates house to stay for a few days but I still need to deal with the kids for school. Unless I tell her she needs to deal with the kids I need space

I have alot put into the house and basically bought everything over the years. She wouldn't be able to afford the bills by herself even if we were to split everything she's got less than 100 left for a month

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
