I still believe in its value. My girlfriend of 6 years is a psychologist. We own a home together now. Met her post divorce which was the worst thing I've ever been thru. All love to all you dudes going thru it.

Therapy only makes space for you to do the work personally. It doesn't fix anything on its own. It's merely a lens to help you sort thru things and process things. Future actions and obtaining a positive life result is all on you outside of therapy.

you have to start talking to yourself differently. Boost yourself up. Talk to yourself the way you would speak to a best friend who needs help.
