You put to words so much of what I feel, thank you for writing this. I joined this sub because issues of culture war, trying to fight misogyny with misandry, the feminism movement turning into overt and shameless man-hating, etc. really frustrate me and I want to be part of the solution. This breaks my heart. Women need to be building men up instead of tearing them down. Do you find that the women in your personal life are supportive? And is there anything you wish women knew/understood to be able to help and be part of a solution for the male mental health crisis?
