My friends all did this since they refused to buyout or negotiate. Go rent a 1 bedroom apartment near the shore and enjoy your mental health healing

That is fair… To be fair some people are trash spouses but amazing parents for example, albeit that example is rare. But with how convoluted and elaborate divorce is it is rare to say otherwise

If you lived in NY you would of been fine, does your prenuptial outline the house you love in as joint? I think FL is a community property state..

Marriage is not for you, get a divorce and live your life accordingly. Get an attorney and a second job

Okay to clarify, I am from NYC USA, here and in every state child support can NOT be in a prenuptial. In almost all jurisdictions on this planet in a prenuptial both spouses need attorneys separately representing them to affirm a prenuptial. If anyone here is outside the USA feel free to tell me how it functions there since I am actually interested. Here prenuptial are VERY powerful, but do not have effect on Child Support. To put into perspective Donald Johnny Drumpf had 3 of them and Jeff Bezo…

Yes and to confirm it would make sense if by law you had to invoice it or put it in a separate deposit like a security deposit. How many men on this subreddit have payed support and while paying child support payed more to their child directly in addition to the other parent just being AFK? Since there is no itemization or invoice situations such as that are far from rare. If I have to fill out itemizations and documents just to get gas reimbursed from my jobs why isn’t child support? Its hilari…

Uh? Yeah, it is suppose to go to the child, suppose to… lol

That is exactly what it is, Child Support is not itemized unless signs of abuse are “in daylight”. Do you know how many take child support and just blow it on FOREX? lol

“Make it work” yes! Go on public assistance! Because that worked so good for low IQ females on NYC! “Make it work” by filing… lol
