i still think he could've been exempted from the ban if he didn't included the line that Women don't need careers, it's optional and you can get a man instead. Although it's pretty true but still it's kinda.. umm you know offending for many females. And the mods can't let such controversial topics fly around like that. I'm pretty sure It's because of that one single line, i can be wrong tho.
