Outcome determinative criticism of judicial decisions without looking at and understanding the legal reasoning is absurd and tells you nothing. Look the man was considered an outstanding judge by even far left legal scholars prior to this. So frustrated by lay people just seeing a 'result' and thinking that tells you anything.

Would you rather the man lie and pretend this wasnt literally a political hit job and defamation campaign? By your logic Thomas should be out too on account of calling out the dems virtual lynching.

Just broke up with a girlfriend of 6 months (great girl, but were going to have to do long distance etc.). This was the longest time I have been in a relationship without being slapped. Fiance together 5 years? Slap happy, hit with objects, bit. Girlfriend of two years? Slapped repeatedly after she faked a pregnancy post break up (after physically stopping me from pulling out the last time). High school sweetheart of two years? Slapped and had glass broken on my head. There is a systemic issue w…

Uh do you reddit? This sub will be banned eventually unless corporate sponsors find a way to monetize it. As someone who has been here since at least 2010, the site is dying and a joke of what it used to be.

Not addressing this article, but legally sexual harrassment does not equal sexual assault. A toxic work environment around that kind of stuff is pretty much gonna be per se harrassment (whether gender, racial or etc based).

No one gives a shit about men. This is my second (possible third) comment on this sub and I was already insulted for it twice on reddit. The old 'hurr durr blah blah mens rights.' If anything tells you that you dont have unequivocal privilege, its the fact that being concerned for your fellow men completely invalidates your opinion.

Just check out the world news thread, tons of talk about feminist issues and women's rights. Not a single comment about the 4 dudes also facing execution. Not to mention the business insider article only brings it up at the end, plus uses a childhood photo of the woman and adult photos of the man just for extra heartstring plucking.

It has to due with sex discrimination being ok in X situation, but not Y situation. Its not that complicated, and I believe you are being purposefully obtuse as bait. Long short, women are much more expensive when it comes to healthcare, yet we don't and can't charge them more for it, men cost more for auto insurance yet we completely do charge them for it. No one is arguing that a 21 year old male is more likely to cost insurance more, what they appropriately calling foul on is the fact that so…

I'll star paying for other men's healthcare when women start paying for other women's health insurance.
