The Good: Started to run again as a part of my workouts. Ordered a pull-up bar (next week I'll start doing them). Increased the weight on my bench press. Started nofap yet again. Deleted social media from my phone. The Bad: I haven't been reading any books (which I need to start doing again), I've been waking up too late (which I need to correct ASAP), and I removed some people from my social circle who were negative.
