But on the contrary, you also shouldn't overthink things too frequently. Find the medium and the balance, and after that, loosen up your body, clear your head, etc. (Jiggle your arms and legs and bounce up and down.) 1	Alright, I need a lot of help. I'm going through a dry spell and I'm kinda miserable and I'm not sure what to do. Yes, I agree with this piece of solid advice. I could not have phrased it any better myself. Like what this whole piece was about: if you're not having any success, work on improving what you are lacking or missing.
