Little late to the party, but you're comment is really hitting me right now. I still get in my own way and I feel as if I'm running around in circles. I have some ideas on the places I could improve, but I just don't think I am looking at my interactions and learning from them correctly.

I found this post after reading yours. I'm on mobile btw. Anyways, I don't know of any specific community, but I've been using this subreddit as one piece of the puzzle. I think being good at social interactions and networking is important for work and ultimately that's what you learn here reading the context and interacting with it in a way that will benefit you.
