2	My conclusion after reading red pill books I’m an introvert and struggled with holding a conversation in the past. What I did to improve was I used to work a sales job which helped me break out of my shell and get better at conversing with others. I also had an issue with speaking too fast which I fixed by getting comfortable with pausing and sitting in silence. I’d recommend a lot of practice in low stake situations and read how to win friends and influence people by dale carnegie, how to talk to anyone by Leil Lowndes, and Cues by Vane…	/r/RedPillBooks	05/04/23 04:11 AM
