Her voice makes my spleen hurt. In ten years, correction five years, she'll wonder where all of the attention went. She'll get depressed and begin to say that men can't deal with a strong woman, and that's why she is alone. All the while, never entertaining the possibility that she is ANNOYING AS HELL.

This is bullshit. The statistics show that there are 21M black men in this country and 6% are in jail. This country, for some reason, thinks that all black men are unemployed, absentee fathers, and in jail. And, all black people live in crime-infested neighborhoods - think of what politicians say when they say that they want help the black community (which 'black community'?), "We want to clean up the drugs, crime, and get you, people, back to work." WTF. All Black people are not the same.

A 'Real Man' that also happens to be a Psychiatrist that's getting paid would try to understand why she felt she had to go to other men. A 'Real Man' that happens to be a MD,DO or NP would prescribe the antibiotics (if she's lucky) or antivirals (if she's not lucky) to clear up or control that pesty infection. Bitches are CRAZY!!!!

She was cute at one time, and she chooses to stay stuck in that time period. She has the solution to her problem (WORK!!!!) but will not accept it. She wants a quick fix. I see it every day with older women that think that they are still in the game.

It's incredibly common for employees to know that a person is a total ass and toxic to the workplace but not want to be the person that is totally/partially responsible for their being fired even though they know it's the right thing to do. Step-up and let him have it. He created this situation not you. You have an obligation to keep your workplace as drama free as possible.

Advice: ONLY date women that show interest in you. Don't chase women that show little interest in the hopes of 'winning them over' because they will get a sense of empowerment and fuck you over for someone that they are truly interested in.
