Well, first do some research to see whether there is a demand among men in the community. How many men avoid swimming pools due to the presence of women? If this is a substantial number, then try a few times and see if men show up to the events. If yes- create men-only slots. If no- do nothing as no issue apparently exists.

You don't treat people equal by treating them the same.. This is a specific gesture to accommodate some women of religion or women with issues- mainly women of religion. If no one did this, then they simply would never have the opportunity to enjoy swimming. Honestly, I think people who are making this a problem are those with a childish kindergarten mentality of "if they got a lollipop, then I must have one also even though I have so many more available lollipops". This is really a non-issue
