Completely disagree. Working out is a baseline feature of anybody who is putting in effort to be healthy and fit regardless of gender. Most women I know get regular manicure and pedicures and their eyebrows done professionally. They get their hair colored and/or cut like every 3 months and get proper hair care products to support such styling.
