In india we have the system where most of the times daughter-in-law shifts to husband's house with his parents or they live separately. When disputes happen and she girls cases, the lawyers mostly encourage women to file all the cases which include domestic violence, cruelty by husband and mother in law, dowry demands by all members of family (husband, father in law, mother in law, brother/sister in law, and uncle/aunt living with them,etc), and so many more u wouldn't wanna know. That is already happening, done by our members of parliament and legislative assembly. They don't improve the court infrastructure cause then the cases on them might be fast-tracked and proved and punishment for false cases cause then they lose their women vote bank. Ppl related to politicians and rich folks are the one getting away after commiting real crimes

It should be this way. Both want/don't want child: win-win situation. Man wants child but woman doesn't: abortion as she has bodily autonomy. Woman wants child but man doesn't: woman can submit some kind of affidavit at her local prosecutor or court that she had consensual sex with a man, is pregnant and wants to keep the child but the man doesn't so she won't bother the father ever again for child support legally and be a single mother or marry someone else

I think it's always possible but often (always) times it might be one sided or bad timing circumstances. Even if the person is hopeful, society crackdown on it slowly.
