Nothing wrong with a drink or 2 to calm you but definitely not ideal getting drunk. More you do it the easier it gets. Stop putting pressure on each situation because it’s meaningless in reality. Worst that happens is you get shot down and try it on someone else. I will say though I’ve always been more uncomfortable in public settings and around friends doing this cause I feel more judged. But by myself one on one nothing phases me and I’m very confident in myself.

If you can’t kiss her on the 1st or 2nd date you’re 100% doing shit wrong. I’ve had girls say to me no sex the on first date but I don’t know any that would say no kissing until the 3rd. Granted I’m considered pretty attractive but work on Body language, tone, eye contact, and building comfort through being genuine/authentic.

If you have full blown panic like fight or flight maybe look into propanolol or beta blockers. I use it not only to control my BP but I take a little extra when I know I have public speaking or a lot of interaction.
