| 1 | I'm lost on what to do with my fitness/nutrition and I need some help.Yeah i was never going to go for 1200 again while strength training. I was actually considering lean bulking, cause im fat already, might as well build some muscle at it. But now im reading that i can actually grow muscle on a slight deficit so im going with that for sure. 1700-1800 calories per day, 170g of protein and a 3 day PPL split or a full body program (im still confused about this) | /r/askTRP | 20/01/21 09:03 PM |

| 1 | I'm lost on what to do with my fitness/nutrition and I need some help. The plan is to do Coolcicadas PPL split routine (3days not 6. Not allowed more than 3 times per week in the gym). Is that not good? | /r/askTRP | 20/01/21 04:05 PM |
| 1 | I'm lost on what to do with my fitness/nutrition and I need some help.I actually didnt train for those 2 months. Just dieting basically. Lockdown and gyms were closed but now i found a sort of workaround so i can access my gym. I was thinking of going for 1700 calories per day (my maintenance is 2300kcals) with 170g of protein (40g from whey). | /r/askTRP | 20/01/21 03:39 PM |
