The best thing about the red pill is that I no longer lie away at night worrying about the things I've done, or I haven't done. I work a lot harder now - at work, at my study after hours, and at the gym - and it all pays off. Due to the above my life is headed on the right trajectory, and it's great. I'm making 4x what I was a few years ago, I dropped 15kg and stacked on a bit of muscle, and I have a couple of interview offers a week as opposed to desperately looking for work. I did this by bein…

When is the last time you heard a feminist champion a men's issue except in response to someone calling her a hypocrite? To believe in equality in 2017 is to be a feminist and an MRA and hold both parties in contempt.

How about icecream fitness? I started doing it recently as when I was on SL5x5 I just wasn't tired at all from my workouts, and felt like I wasn't doing much.

What I've learned about nofap, smoking or any act meant to satisfy the need for instant gratification is that it has a psychological effect The same applies to talking about things you plan to do. Talking too much about your plans gives a similar hormonal reward to actually doing them. It's best to just shut the fuck up and get stuck in working.

Look, I'm cool with bitcoin. I made 100k on bitcoin mining in the mid-early days when it was about $1/btc. That said, bitcoin is like gold. Gold has it's own value, but it's not everything. You can't hold any non-liquid assets in bitcoin. The rest have to be owned in some fashion, and the best way to own them is in a trust. I agree with your points on bitcoin for moving assets. However, that makes it useful in emergency situations. When people are being advised for long term things, they need st…

Frankly, if you don't think there should be a money tag for TRP you're a loser. I can't put it nicer than that - if you don't think financial gain is critical to future success you are massively deluded or too stupid to understand the principles. Most subreddit's are too BP to actually say things honestly, like everything else in life. Your last sentence doesn't make sense at all.

I love bitcoin, but bitcoin is the chumps way of doing asset protection. Look into Cook Islands Asset Protection. As long as your assets reside as owned by a Cook Island trust, they gain increasingly stronger protection as time goes on. I'm a bit rusty on it, but I believe after 3 years they can't be touched by any entity, domestic or foreign.

There are a ton of people on Reddit with chips on both shoulders when it comes to money. The have this irrational hatred of the wealthy that blinds them to a lot of things. This drives them into hamster overdrive whenever the topic is raised. Only if the lawyer writing it is incompetent, or the person giving him instruction doesn't listen. Judges overturn prenups all the time because people write them to be punishing. A reasonable prenup is still strong in court.

A word to the wise if you're drinking too much and intend to scale it back. The side effects of alcohol withdrawal are awful, and include nightmares, agitation, confusion, disorientation, visual and auditory hallucinations, tactile hallucinations, fever, high blood pressure, heavy sweating, anxiety, panic attacks, paranoia and death. If you're reducing your alcohol intake, taper it off. You can avoid most of the symptoms that way.

If that's how you feel then the problem is inside of you. You're letting yourself be defined not only by others, but the perception you believe others have of you. You should reclaim your identity.

It also hits the main value of sending your kids to private school - they aren't in the same school as the rejects that are forced to go to school. One kid can disrupt a classroom, and invariably there are plenty of them who might. The worst in my school got kicked out, and I had a pretty sane high school education experience compared to the stories my friends who went to private school tell.

If you've got the fitness side covered you need to maintain that, and work on inner game. Maybe try this stuff: Join some kind of sports club. If you don't like team sports try something like a martial art (something like aikido would be perfect), or rock climbing or marathoning. You will socialise to do this, which has a ton of benefits. You'll work on rebuilding your social skills, you'll make friends, you'll share hardship with people and build bonds with them, young and old, and learn from t…

As I've gotten older I realise I am more and more the thing that goes bump in the night. This doesn't mean I'm lurking around dark corners to rob and rape people, it means that the dark places don't really scare me at all any more. Also, I don't want to hurt other people - I think they're fine as they are. Because of this, I think dark triad nonsense is sad, and that anyone trying to develop sociopathic tendencies should probably check themselves into therapy. I want to improve my life, the life…

What the hell is a s/w ratio? Shoulder to waist? Also, how old are you? You have a few options. Lift. This is probably the best option. Failing that, do a martial art 3+ nights a week. You might find a unicorn that you actually really enjoy spending time with, who is low drama and faithful. You might want kids. You don't clearly, but some people do. I went from dating 30+ year olds as a 20 year old to 18-25 as a 30 year old, so there is no correlation in ages. My only insight is that I've always been fairly mature in the sense of behaving like an old man. I've always dressed well, been fairly reserved, don't make an arse of myself, don't get into fights or arguments much because I realise when I'm wrong and then talk about it and apologise if appropriate. The age of the chivalry is well and truly over. That said, I usually open doors if I'm leading a group somewhere. If I'm following, I leave it to the leader. When leading, if the other side of the door is somewhere safe such as a restaurant I open it and and usually let the followers through before someone takes over from me. If it is somewhere unsafe, such as downtown after dark, I go through first so I have good situational awareness of what is through the door. I don't really think of it as c…

You don't have to slave away to support kids you that might not even be yours. You don't have to do what everyone else is doing, you can go do whatever you want. The game is rigged but you don't have to play the game. You can go invent your own game, and as long as you're mindful of shit that will get you thrown in jail you're good.

Being a teenager/early 20s. You have no life experience, you're probably super skinny, insecure and awkward. Not by the standards of your age, by the standards of men in general. Anywhere with a long history of white business presence and affluence is like that. The Philippines is absurdly thirsty for white men. I regularly see 40-something fat pigs with bored looking solid 9+ girls. I can't speak to Japan, haven't been there.

You're correcting to a more healthy state. Instead of being interested in women because they are women, you're instead becoming interested in people because they are interesting.

Karsten Braasch Later he wrote of it: Preparation is crucial. Remember that a game like this is light-hearted - taking it too seriously would be a mistake. My training regime consisted of a leisurely round of golf in the morning followed by a couple of shandies. I turned up on court feeling suitably laid-back.

I have seen this in action being a ~30 year old white guy in reasonable shape in China and especially The Philippines. It's like being some kind of sex God. Nearly every woman eyeballs you at a very minimum. Even the old male taxi drivers go on about how you're good looking. It actually started to give me the shits after a week or so. Might be interesting to go back with an RP mindset!

Some pundits see this as a sign that young women yearn to return to some kind of 1950s Ozzie and Harriet existence, that feminism has “failed,” that women are realizing they can’t have it all, after all. They are looking at their miserable spinster aunts and learning that having 'it all' is awful. Maybe having something traditional is a lot nicer.

Well as long as you have an excuse, you don't have to try. Just. Do. It. Talk to the ugly cashier at the supermarket about her day. Talk to the grumpy dude at the post office about whatever he's bitching about. Start talking to everyone. Soon you will realise how much bullshit 'I have trouble talking to anyone I don't know.' really is, in perspective.

Given the disregard Reddit is continuting to show to their 3rd party developers, their moderators and their community I'm proposing the start of a 'reddit seppuku' movement. Reddit itself doesn't produce anything of value. The value is generated by it's users sharing posts and comments with each other. Reddit squats above the value we create and extracts value from it. I agree but its better framing it as a "join me" rather than "would you join me". In this example it would be, "come dance with me" rather than "would you like to dance?"

Maybe you can naturally dance well, but this isn't the experience of most people. I have always danced boss as an adult, but I put that down to growing up listening to Queen and Michael Jackson and dancing in my loungeroom when I was 5 years old. :P
