The assumption is that if these bathrooms are located in an area that is already designated for women (like it would be in a college dorm), then that must mean there is another area designated for men where one might find a men's bathroom with (perhaps) another all-gender bathroom.

Okay, I'll agree that the probability of this law being enforced upon him was likely higher because he was a man. Although, It'd be nice to see a complementary example with a women not getting convicted (with the same or similar goals of the man in this case) to make that claim more credible.

Wait, I think you read the graph wrong. In the acceptable to harm graph, a higher bar means that the gender is more "unacceptable" to harm. I don't know why they did it that way, but it means the data shows women are more unacceptable to harm. AKA men are more "acceptable" to harm.

I've heard it depends on the reactions of the parents/adults around them. Like, if the parents look horrified when the kid hurts them self, then the kid is more likely to cry. If the parents don't react or just smile, then the kid will just carry on.

You know, I wasn't sure where I stood on this issue until now, but you've convinced me. This is the only solution that isn't riddled with flaws. If you choose to get drunk, then you're responsible for whatever you choose to do. How did sex make itself an exception to this rule? She said she slapped and punched the defendant several times and kicked him in the groin. After being kicked in the groin, the defendant punched his wife on the face so, she said, she renewed her attack and proceeded to punch, slap and kick the defendant. She also admitted grabbing, twisting and pulling the defendant’s testicles. Holy shit. She should've lost the case immediately after stating THAT. He should be the one pressing charges. He has all the more evidence after the perpetrator herself…
