She had a REALLY good attorney. The company used Yahoo IM as the standard for internal communications. The dumb thing is that they had them use personal Yahoo accounts for this. All of the "Trapped" stories I've been told are women that are in relationships with men that feel that they are losing the men or the guys don't want to progress the relationship. They see the baby as a kick in the ass for the men, plus a bit of an anchor. I personally fear the women in relationships more than I fear the random hookups.
