To be fair, you are partially correct. Not all feminists hate men. But I believe that's because not enough people know about/identify with egalitarianism. This is by definition equality between genders, while feminism and the much MUCH less common masculism are inherently against one gender or the other. So there are self proclaimed feminists who are actually egalitarians, and I believe if more people chose to follow the umbrella of egalitarianism, then a lot of the problems you mentioned and mo…

If men do have a part in it, it is either inconsequential when compared to women's role, or are convinced of their own "privilege" and try to put down other men to make up for past societies. And it doesn't matter if you think that men's spaces are inoffensive, that doesn't change the fact that there are virtually none left, thanks to the movement you follow.

I personally believe that the feminists chanting "this is what men's rights looks like" in front of then one of the only remaining "safe spaces" for men left in America (which closed not long after that btw) caused this societal norm

Also, if you truly think men and women should be treated equally, (like I'm assuming from your language in your post) you would be an egalitarian, not a feminist. There is a difference

Almost any time a man tries to bring up his own feelings to someone who's not either a) one if his closest friends/partner or b) a fellow man, it is dismissed, actually belittled, and we are told to just "be a man about it." For proof, see just about anything with Will Smith or the media/society's original treatment of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp's fiasco.

Bro I saw that earlier and it made me smile more than most things on that sub. Total hypocrisy

This just happened to me too. Fuck them

I see. The way you were saying it made it seem like you were against it. My apologies

That makes the numbers even more drastic. 11,767 out of 500,000,000 is 0.00002 percent. Their point still stands

Then what do you call the 60% of women, so 78.2 million, being in a relationship?

But they did look per relationship?

This just makes me sad. How is any man supposed to have a trusting relationship when people like this exist

Good luck with that argument

Only way to find out would be asking them. And I would do so without insults, personally. Not the best ice breaker

Thank you for proving my point. On top of that, how would you know if I was a man? Although rare, there are some women in this subreddit, who have genuine arguments instead of insults

Says who? You don't know this person. You don't have the right to insult them just based on their beliefs. You've never even seen this person. If you have a genuine argument, say it. Don't insult and accuse people with no basis or reason

Maybe you should look at all the many, MANY reasons someone would say something like that. Just take a scroll at all through this subreddit. But you won't you only saw that this subreddit existed, felt outraged at the idea of someone possibly standing against the oppressive ideals you preach, and make a singular post with no backup, no evidence, no nothing. Go back to your r/feminism echo chamber

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
