There is hope! I’m going through the same sh!t minus the kid. Mines are adults. She’s playing the victim, always with the drama, accusing me of beating her and telling this shit to all my friends (because she don’t have any of her own AND none of my friends believed her anyways) so. Bro! Great advice. I am workin’ on all of these and about to join a boxing gym. In te diet I am a vegan and picked up intermittent fasting. I find these challenges be it weights, dieting, reading really challenges the mind and helps pick up self esteem. Thanks again! God Bless! I’ll keep y’all posted.
