I don't think I could survive another divorce bro. Custody is shit for sure, and I always thought it was trashy to just have a kid and not get married, but you're not going to lose 50% automatically of everything you own when it's just a baby mama.

I went through the same thing bro. Just send it certified mail. That's how she served me for divorce. My lawyer tried to give her lawyer the motion to enforce the judge decision on my kids school, but he kept refusing. So on the hearing day my lawyer brought it up and served my stbx right then and there.

A friend of mine who is a lawyer in another state put it best: people are at their worst when they're going through a divorce. You will see a side of your stbxw that you didn't know existed. Bro just get everything ready and file. I gave my wife a separation agreement and she never signed it, then she took my kids, left, and filed a week or so later. She also claimed DV when it was a complete lie.
