Dread game is utilized more with longer relationships going stale rather than new ones while they're in the process of blossoming. Did you never read The Game? It sounds like you're struggling more with last minute resistances than anything else and that should be more towards where you need help than dread game. Dread game works when people are more heavily invested in a relationship. When you haven't had sex yet though? She might think you're gay, not interested in her romantically, don't find…

Sales will drop out of principle. It's the problem with capitulating to special interest groups. It's also why special interest groups like feminism didn't resort to a boycott tactic, if they had and no feminists bought The Sun, then the change in sales would be minimal and non existant. It's not actual customers complaining, a lot of those people aren't even in the same country. So the newspaper chose non customers over its existing customer base, of course sales will diminish inevitably in the…

It's almost like you're suggesting that feminism is contradictory instead of infallible... ....Holy crap that was dangerously close to thinking about something. I better go watch Anita Sarkeesian talk until I learn not to think. Be back in about 5 minutes.

Address it how? Walking away?

Still genuinely curious for your response. As I commented elsewhere, there is seriously no point to the sub if the only analysis that we derive from a thread is "welp, she was not worth marrying", because if that's the case we can just sticky that response to everything and close down the sub, cause there is no fucking point. So answer the question. Even with your unicorn being talked about like that your solution is to walk away witgout saying a word?

Of course, in the 16 other replies I have made stating explicitly that I did not mean for him to fight those two weren't enough, so I'll spell it out for you since you can't be bothered to read it: that's not what I meant.

THIS is what I have been trying to say all along. I shouldn't have brought up fighting since I only meant OP definitely needed to learn how to do that....at some point. And he specifically needed that because he was so scared of confrontation he wouldn't do it with anyone.

I wouldn't advocate learning to do something I know nothing about. Did my post give you some sort of an indication that I had not been in several fights? You don't have to add that qualifier. It's kind of obvious who the hippies are on this one.

A weak burn would have kept him his wife. Nothing did not. It's a really weak cop out to say "shouldn't have married that one" because that fits for every single divorce. It's lazy and defeats the purpose of the sub to not analyze deeper than that. Otherwise, no point in posting this story or any of the others if we'll just say "yep, shouldn't have married her".

He knew they were talking about his wife the moment his friend figured it out and started acting sketchy. He wasn't 100 percent, but he knew. Do you and your friends do this at parties regularly? Loudly talk about two of you fucking the same girl within an hour of each other, a girl who was there at the party, to her date that she walked in with? The OP assumed it was the same friend who tried to change the subject, but he didn't know. It could have easily been those two guys who told her about …

Ok, I shouldn't have said the word "fight" because now you're like a dog with a bone. Is fighting the only concept you have for standing up for yourself? A quick quip of "good luck boys, she married me when she realized it only takes one of me to satisfy her" and walking away is a hell of a lot better than letting guys talk about fuckinh your wife for several minutes and then just walking away.

This dude was such a bitch two guys went into detail about how they fucked his wife and were thinking about trying again that night and he was too much of a coward to say anything. He needs to learn how to fight, not so he would in that situation, but so he would have the balls to stand up for himself.

I think you missed the part where I said "and at least stand up for yourself". Unless you're really telling me the TRP advice here would've been to do exactly what OP did in walking away, I think that's wrong. You can stand up for yourself in a hell of a lot if ways without throwing a punch.

That wasn't what I took from that. Honestly the whole thing was so funny I had initially considered posting this myself. I think it was noteworthy that she lost any and all respect for him, to the point where she flat out told him she was ashamed to be in public with him and that he was less of a man in her eyes. The dude was a coward, had never been in a fight in his life, and flat out didn't understand the concept of respect. One of these days I need to sit down and write a long post about res…

I think you would've been better off posting that story link first. Don't really need to say anything, anyone with a brain will read the responses to both and see the discrepancy. Might get new members that way.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
