A lot of them get off on power. They will take no accountability at all, it’s always about them, their needs > your needs. When they mess up, they are quick to brush it off. When we mess up, they would magnify our mistakes. They usually use the emotional part of their brain when arguing which means it’s hard to reason with them using logic.
