Tanking requires some semblance of leadership skills and being a shot caller. They directly impact the pace of the fight, and can make or break the group i.e a role and responsibility you'll never see a female take. Healing on the other hand is basically no more than press X heal on lowest health person. Even in a raid environment with a healing officer this is further dumbed down to the point of the cool down order is spelled out for you and you can be assigned to focus raid or tanks. It's best…

Lol, ditto. This is why a lot of serious raiding guilds in WoW don't allow women. They're usually subpar players and do nothing but stir drama within the group, trying to make friends turn on each other, etc.
