Ikr, it’s depressing world we live in…but we try to make the most of it, like this sub existing, so it counts for something ♥️

As a female myself, I wonder when ppl will realize this also is objectifying women to extreme degrees “Man where was she at my school” like are you fucking hearing yourselves??

Yet if a girl stared at her for a whole minute she wouldn’t bat an eye…sounds like internalized sexism

Preach! We should do better to understand each other, that’s how real growth blossoms

Just treat women how you’d wanna be treated, it’s as simple as that. Honestly I wish a lot of ppl knew how easy it could be to just treat each other as humans… Instead of antagonizing each other to try and figure out which side is better than the other, we should be accepting all sides have their struggles, if we can understand each other, and help through them, that’s how we can truly move forward positively in society.

Report her, what she did wasn’t okay, joking about it is just as bad, and make sure your teacher knows what happened, if you think she also isn’t like that of course.

Not just that, but also assaulted Despite what movie tropes wanna portray, slapping anyone is a form of assault and harassment and she could’ve been charged, I know this was a long time ago, I just want you to know in case that ever happened to you again. You Have Your Rights 🫶

This must be awkward since I’m the only male in my family and all the other girls could easily put up a fight while Im super weak 😐

You are so real for that, and all those counts are telling. Even as simple things as just trying make sure they’re okay is enough of a gesture that could save literal MILLIONS. We need to seriously do better, and understand where the real problems arise. 👊

Like I said to someone months ago, once both sides realize that both have problems, and not assume their side is the only one who is doing worse, THAT is when we can make actual good progress in our society..

The one thing you brought up is a reason actually, maybe not for all but definitely some, about the whole protection thing! I’ve always been paranoid that ppl expect me to be the one to stand up to others only because I’m a man, when in reality, I’m a big softie, while my other female family members are wayyyy more aggressive than me, if anything they protect ME more if anything! Ima lover, not a fighter So it def is a struggle that ppl expect all men to be the protector/guardian when the realit…

Thank you! Also dw you’re not the only woman who spoke, actually they were the first to repo d here! And yeah I agree, I support trans people, but to me at least, it wouldn’t “be enough” it’s either born that way, or it’s not the full picture, again, in my eyes. My mom has actively brought up once we have the time, all three of us need therapy, and I agree whole heartedly on that. But honestly, even now, it’s not as bad, people have said I actually am a good listener for them too, it’s almost li…

Yeah, I found out not even a year ago, even if I may not know exactly what is happening to me, I know without a doubt I absolutely have gender dysphoria. I’m sure my fears would take over about the whole cutting my penis off, solely because I get scared about surgeries in general, but still, desperation shall be desperation. I’m sure the after effects would be pretty satisfying though ngl, but that’s just me. Part of me has wondered since I’m like a weird mix of both, that maybe I’m non binary o…

Sadly, I can’t do that I guess I should’ve brought up I’m..kinda bad when it comes to these sorta things. I make a lot of grammar mistakes without realizing, and sometimes I say stupid things, and I’m sorry if my post felt confusing, I left out a ton of details purposely. I love my mom, and sister, and currently I’m about to get a job actually, and hopefully I’ll find some friends while working (prob not likely, since I’m both social anxious, AND introverted, and INFP, sad combo) But that’s only…

They’ve done that for many years, even back during our teen years, we have been finally forced to live with our grandparents so there isn’t ever enough bedrooms, so out of convenience they share a bedroom if that makes sense

Sorry, I didn’t mean to start anything, I just wanted to make it clear I wasn’t wanting only the “good” parts about being female

When I meant bad I meant the problems girls go through guys don’t, like period/birth/safety/etc.

You’re right, and I apologize if it seemed very negative towards men specifically, I left out more details because I didn’t wanna over share is all. (Probably still did, another flaw of mine) I didn’t mean it literally, when I like talk to a guy casually, it’s not what I’m worried about the, it’s what I’m worried about me, part of me even worries that when I hang out with guys and do certain things only guys understand, all it’s doing is proving it my body that I, in fact, AM a guy, and that no …
