Document EVERYTHING. Record calls. Keep all written communication. Make note of who, what, when, where, any witnesses, etc. What you need to do is create a dossier of sorts and then take that to a lawyer in workplace law. They are violating your rights. For me, I think about my dream life and what traits a man needs to compliment it. I avoid traits that will lead to excessive conflicts or compromise. I cherry pick the good traits of my exes, my friends, and family. I also try to be self aware of my own flaws and areas of opportunity and want a man who can balance out some of those. It’s just manipulation. I wish I could say “at that age” but honestly they don’t grow out of it. They may biologically want sex but they need to have enough cognitive function to act like a civilized human being. You cut them any slack and they just see weakness. This is my biggest lesson here. It’s SIMPLE. It WORKS. My standards were literally in the 7th circle of hell 🤦🏻‍♀️ I also wish someone had explained HPV to me. Condoms do not protect you, there is NO TEST for men (fr, to this day) and it causes cervical cancer and worse. Every single encounter is a total gamble and I never knew this. I know it’s such a lovely feeling but slow this down. One thing I picked out of this I’d the “I’ll never hurt you” comment. In my experience, the man who declares this is the man who does exactly that.
