save yourself the agony and keep your mouth shut until the female friends shows interest. she'll let you know. that's the why this works.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 05:23 PM

sorry brother can't help there. maybe lots of web searching but i just recall it not being misogynistic and more about the how to navigate relationships, and women. RP now days is grossly perverted and geared towards hate and manipulation

not even a little? of course nothing beats experience but even then, one has to pay attention.

i do very much like to hear what women think in this regard, its the only way for guys to learn anything but then again, women are not a monolith and your past experiences probably create your reality
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 07:18 PM

again, fair. experience and communication will help a guy out there alot. now, you can't tell me that some guys can't inherently better judgment as to whats good and whats not. it's not much different that athletically incline people. you can be taught a skill something in your head has to be able to process it. i am more of a nature over nurture believer too.

fair

i didnt say that. sometimes its just an innate skill too, regardless. i dont have sex with men, so honestly, it was speculation. maybe some women should chirp up about this and make a post
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 07:09 PM

no shit kid. alot of women want their world rocked in bed and a man that has a bit more testosterone and walks the walk is going to do that. not all of those guys are gong to be toxic and bad for them but i'm guessing it's a sliding scale with 2 axis
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 06:50 PM

good observation, i hadn't thought about that. i can't stand guys like tate.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 06:19 PM
2

agreed. from my experience when women approach ther're pretty good at reading the tea leaves. if the guys shows interest, thats the green light to keep moving forward. when i see men approach, they arent always that great are reading body language and interest. its not that hard

the odd thing about a bad marriage is that most of us are young, inexperienced in the ways of a LTR and when the pot begins to boil more, we dont realize when its time to jump. i live that in my 20's and reflecting on it now, i had a chance to jump 3 years in and failed to do so and cant understand why 28 yer old me failed to bail out-it was horrible. i think we tend to hope for the best and hope it'll get better if we just try harder, which is generally not the case. we didnt have the web to bo…

thats the current view pf RP. its been perverted form the original idea.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 01:09 PM

good to hear my perception of old school RP isnt off base. seems its been co-opted by the woman haters and those men we used to call losers that had no skills to attract women.

i’m the same age range as you and agree on the environment here. ive come to look at it as a microcosm of american society and a sociology class on Z’ers and millennials. as for dating women in their 40’s, i’m not sure i could do that for very long but i bet the sex is worth the ride. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 12:57 PM
11

i'll agree with that. when i first saw RP in its early days it was more about teaching men to be men and understand how women operated and think and how best to navigate that. it's sad to see it become what it has.

interesting....i watch about 70% of the first link, american hook up. as an old guy that had my fair share of hook ups but in a different decade, i find this new culture of sex interesting because the drama around it has increased from nearly zero to off the chart. i think women's views on sex have changed dramatically. it's more of an equal focus now i assume or even more selfish. in the past, 30 years back, i think most women had the mindset of pleasuring men and their own enjoyment of sex was…

oh naw, sometimes i skim read and absorption can be low at times. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 07:31 PM

no, having hook ups and causal sex didnt do me any favors. it conditioned me into not attaching to some really nice women. i dont regret it because i met alot of really great girls, had good sex and got experience. i dont feel like anyone got used because many of them initiate the hook up so that on them. one girl actually stated she wanted to get some more experience after breaking up in a LTR with her first. thats all she wanted or atleast thats what she claimed. i had sex with girls below my …

i don't think the next gen of humans are going to be any better and slowly devolving into idiocracy
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/26 03:27 PM
3

ok ok...i wasn't gaslighting you there. thats just my take. i've met girls at parties and hooked up even though they didn't rate high on the kissing scale but come to think of it, some of the bad kissers aren't really good at giving head either...ok guys are probably less selective i suppose but there are women out there that do not like to kiss.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 09:28 PM
2

ya....i don't get those guys but my guess is they don't qualify as hook up material
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 07:37 PM
15

no i'm saying having casual sex would be based on more than a perfect score of 100 on all accounts. so you meet a guy and he checks a lot of boxes but fails on kissing. are you passing? isn't there more to sex than just that? i mean, if its full of teeth or trying to check your tonsils, ok.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 07:13 PM

if you had an IQ that high i might understand your pov.

/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 06:44 PM

doesn't matter skippy. even a bad kisser wouldn't steer me a way from a hook up
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 06:36 PM

a terrible kisser...lol....i can't tell you how many women are horrible kissers. its a lot but i never ruled that out as a potential sex partner or gf.

what's that?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 01:33 PM

women i've known, whether i'm fucking them or not doesn't factor in.

who’s that?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 12:53 PM

what arent we listening to? honestly women change their minds so much it gets an act of futility to keep up.

so your biggest concerns are the ukrane/russia war and mens dicks?

canada is pretty fucked up though, in more ways than one.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 12:37 PM

as a guy that likes to go down on women, there have been women in wont do that for because of smell or too much hair...so ya, maybe some dicks are more fun to suck than others?

like you, she certainly knows her body and what she likes, which is a huge bonus for me. communication could be a little better but i'm good at guessing and gently finding out. talking about sex too much gives her the ick lol. mind me asking how old you are? just curious for reference. i'm 59 and she's 64, which has been a challenging transition for us since we where 2-4 times a week and now she's loosing some steam. so once a week orgasm for her is plenty but i get more inbetween because she sa…

so looking for validation? sit down on the couch here and tell us about your childhood. what is your definition of a hoe?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 12:47 PM

interesting comment there about your pleasure. i'm dating a woman (50’s) that was very much like that, her orgasm comes last and she’ll do anything for pleasure…anything. for her, its all about me getting off and using her like a toy and that got her more aroused. we actually had that conversation once when i asked what great sex meant to her. she said when a guy does what he wants and enjoys himself. she did have a very crazy sexual history in her teens and early 20’s. sex with a step uncle at …

has nothing to do with what sex. i know slobs on both sides and clean freaks on both as well. this is stupid and not that difficult to grasp. don't get into relationships with people that don't align, just for the sake of being in a relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 06:27 PM

at younger ages, no way is this happening on a large scale. once they hit 50, there might be the an argument to be made here.

don't listen to that garbage. not every guy is like that and most likely it's a small percentage. also those guys how well their dick works.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 05:23 PM

agreed.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 06:49 PM
4

eh....i dont think most people in general are in touch with themselves (they're EI / EQ) but i'd say i know more men that are, than women. most women i know are ruled by emotions and when faced with logic or facts, crab sideways trying to get out of the conversation.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 06:36 PM
1

thats something i've been trying to figure out, is it real or not. really hard to tell because i too many wouldnt be honest about it or arent in touch with themselves. women certainly seem to be more prone to needing novelty and excitement. they might be loyal to a good guy but they can also check out on libido and arousal if they arent good at communicating their "needs".
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 06:21 PM

lower you standards man, go to dive bars and look from the ones with all the OF tats...they're low hanging fruit for sex. that'll get you by until you find mss right. we got here because of ating apps, reddit, tik tok, et al
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 06:14 PM

back in the old days....guys used porn to supplement, not replace. now its the reverse so good luck with that.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 06:11 PM

thats the answer there. a women with another mans kids in my house is a big NO
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 12:06 PM

dont be silly and stop making assumptions about what men want. a virgin is the last fucking thing i want
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 12:04 PM
1

that's validation seeking.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 06:44 PM

have you never been to a dive bar and seen some of the trashy women flirting up some of the dirt dudes? just because a women picks a looser doesnt mean she isnt one as well.

i dated a woman that met a dude in a bar. not sure how long they knew each other but she ended up in bed only to find out he was into BDSM and was into punishment. LOL...she says she got outta that relationship fast but was, of course, to ashamed to talk about it. so ya, survival skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/26 07:01 PM

sorority girls....ug. no thanks.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/26 12:54 PM

i think it really just boils down to personal preference. i'm dating a woman thats a dick connoisseur. she likes a certain size and shape and whatever. it's really not much different that boob guys vs ass guys. some care, some don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/26 11:58 AM

lol....that whole thing made my morning.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/26 11:54 AM

i don't have any thoughts or advice for women. i'm a guy and operate within my own male boundaries. women have different motivations for doing what they do in relationships i do strive to understand what makes women tick, what they want-need-like but that's as far as it goes. i'm not very judgement on wether a woman married or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/26 11:51 AM
6

i married the wrong woman. not to be smug but i could have done better and there where more than a couple of women that would have married me but i decided on this one and for all the wrong reasons and yes, spent 23 out 24 years regretting it. had a chance to bail in year 3 and failed to pull the trigger....that's my second biggest regret. men....don't settle. be happy being single, don't let one talk you into marrying. don't do it because it's a norm. make sure it right or it'll be hell.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/26 11:43 AM

i agree and wasnt offended! i know plenty of men that need help or should steer clear of women.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/26 07:21 PM

it happens with women too. my first wife was clueless what a relationship meant. my current GF needed to learn a few things about how to adapt and compromise in a living together relationship. after a few years she admitted i taught her alot on how to be better. seen the same thing with my buddys wife, she's clueless and that been a long 30 years for him. i know plenty of men that are as you describe though, plenty. its a shame they dont make a psychology class on relationships mandatory in high…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/26 06:59 PM
1

*good enough. lol that's gonna ruffle some feathers. i've found that "older women" have a better bag of tricks and that's a plus for me but at some point some will retire certain aspects of their sexuality because they may have done things they really didn't want to do.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/26 06:41 PM
10

some men.....i'd prefer some life skills and sexual experience please.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/26 06:40 PM
0

stop that. no it's not. your being judgmental and it's still her prerogative. she needs better friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/26 03:24 AM
0

that last paragraph is so true. i know way to many guys that date based on looks and they always get what they get.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/26 06:58 PM
2

so it's a phobia to have a preference? m'kay then....
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/26 06:48 PM
1

wtf....it's that a normal choice for someone to make. yes no maybe so....who the fuck cares who someone dates. as a guy, i probably wouldn't date an openly bi woman that's got a few under her belt.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/26 06:45 PM
1

i dont know any OF girls personally or casually but i have a pretty good idea of their psychological profile...ie daddy issues and the constant need for validation that goes along with it. however, i do know plenty of women that don't sell their body but still seek validation thru sex. its bizarre.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 11:12 PM
1

i see. i was under the impression that even not wanting to date one, would be shaming based on the verbiage. i mean, i love women that validate thru sex. it's a wild ride but don't get attached to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/26 07:00 PM

i don't shame though. i dont make fun of them. dont poke at them on instagram. not wanting to date one is not shaming. we're all creatures.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/26 06:27 PM

OF and porn girls are not mrs right, just ms rightnow. i have no issues with them doing their thing or watching them but i sure as hell wouldn't let them move in with me or get attached to such a creature.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/26 05:41 PM

as a 59 yo gen x guy, i wish my gf (63) was the same age or younger than me by about 5 years. its unbalanced in energy and sex drive.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/26 05:17 PM
14

doesn't that resemble you a lot?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/26 05:37 PM

a noble cause. lol....ok mr white knight. you go. naw, her body her choice...as the trend says. and really, you just going to be a sugar daddy to a women that doesn't love you and just needs a ride? ffs
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 02:07 PM
2

lol, i miss counted a few years. ya i'm pretty chill and open for 59! still do drugs, drink, smoke, go to dive bars but also take of myself. not some fat old white guy with judgmental values...somewhat morally flexible though. my son is 28 and i see what him and his friends go thru with girls and what goes on here. mostly i just read and shake my head. it makes for good conversation with my women. nothing i have to say is relevant with what's happening now.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 06:04 PM
3

lol....you're kind of an enigma around here and i was a bit on the fence at first but you are older and have a different past than these kids in their 20's. certainly no holding back with you. 😝
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 05:54 PM
5

it's sad most women then didn't know their own bodies and some had hang ups about their own parts and didn't want a guy down there. when i was 23 i met a 27 yo woman that knew the deal and got herself off in sex. that was an game changer for me. sadly i let her go back then but luckily i got her back 7 years ago! she hadn't changed and even taught me new tricks. that took my sex life to a whole new level of kinky. lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 05:25 PM
2

funny about the lying for sex....i have never once lied to get sex and have had sex with 40ish women in my long life. 90% of the time it was the girls initiating and never once did they say....promise you'll love me afterwards but that was a different era and woman in the 80's 90's were just as fast to drop their pants as a guys was. would not trade my era for this one, even though woman are so much more enlightened about their own sexually now and that's a bonus.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 05:02 PM
2

i'd agree there. most women i dated and was the one marriage confirms that. they were not emotional in the relationship sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 04:39 PM

that statement feels off coming from you.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 04:37 PM

those bro's are living a lie and getting used. i use to feel bad for them but now just see them as losers.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 04:36 PM
1

ya dude....dont chase women. they'll let you know if they're interested. just keep your radar turned on.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 08:16 PM
2

the great rotation of being 50+ for men. not a lot of good ones left. either married or they are just shitty men and will stay single. at the end of the game, women are looking hard for the last chair to sit in. some don't find it because they're the other side of the pendulum and shitty women. i see lots of that now at 59
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 04:29 PM

when you get a little older and have delt with enough women, you’ll appreciate being single. dont read into that as me being some incel. i love women, has sex with alot of them, been married for 24 years and currently in a 7 year relationship but at some point things will come into focus more. even as a young guy, i never felt this deep desire to by in some deep LTR. it felt over rated to me and still does. the moral of that story is be happy within yourself, do things for yourself, dont seek va…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 01:08 PM

how's that working for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/26 01:13 PM

what we're experiencing is just Peak Human. society is fucked and it's decline is by design. hang in there there, it gets worse.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/26 12:55 PM
1

agreed. i grew up the same time you did and for me, it was a wild time with partying and sex. i look back on all the mistakes and shake my, learn and improve. had a lot of fun though too.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 01:48 PM
4

child....oof. i'm dating a woman that had a pretty sexually explorative teen life and then thrown into to a marriage at 18 to an older guy that got her into sex parties. it molded her but she is not the same person she was then so i dont judge. young minds will do things our older brain doesn't want anymore.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 01:35 PM

take away the social media component of the web and things will return to normal in a generation. no need to get the government involved, they fuck everything up but i do agree with the comment about fixing the divorce problem for men and pre marriage counseling. i wish someone would have shaken some sense into me before i said I DO
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 12:40 PM

i'm not judging. as a guy, i've been there and don't consider myself straight but my prefect is strongly towards women.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/26 08:02 PM

some vagina are gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/26 08:00 PM

i just spit my coffee out on that. bravo.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/26 07:53 PM

i'd say you're not straight if you've experimented more than once.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/26 07:51 PM

because men today didn't understand the nuances of the cold or warm approach and fucked it all up. dont be a troll, stay in your lane, stay inside your range and women won't get wierded out.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/26 03:54 PM

and i still get hit on by gen x women and so does my gen x gf, men and women alike! lol. its good to be old.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/26 03:32 PM

then you just took yourself out of the game buddy. no women for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/26 03:29 PM

are you kidding! the grocery store is prime for us old fuckers. i've had women hit on me and my gf gets hit on all the time! it's good to old....nowdays. our gen doesn't have these problems.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/26 03:23 PM
1

...for our protection. lol in all fairness, i'd never ask. just find out when you're in bed. isn't that the way it should be! guys today are weird about all this.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 06:54 PM

for the same reason so many women are addicted to male validation. and i agree, it's not a healthy way to live. took me awhile to get out of that.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 04:37 PM
3

i grew up in spokane in the late 80'a and it was expected of a young then and the girls were more than open to it. it was good times for all. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 04:27 PM
0

so glad gen x women aren't like that. they still appreciate the attention and effort. mostly.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 03:53 PM
1

geeze...play the victim much do ya. i don't even understand where you're going with that. it basically reads like a statement from someone that's trying to justify something. so don't date undesirable people if you feel that why. how is this even a question.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 11:26 AM
1

i totally agree with you and i didn't mean to imply sex wasnt important. it most definitely is.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 09:08 PM
2

needing validation of some sort is not a healthy mindset. period.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 03:25 PM
1

curious, can these guys get hard for normal sex or do they have that porn brian thing going on?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 02:46 PM
3

don't blame ya one bit. i've never had a guy friend express a preference for anal. about half of us would try it and the other half is hell no. it's a generational thing i suspect. i'm a late gen x and it just wasn't a thing in mainstream.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 02:37 PM
1

yep yep, i got ya! just needed clarification....it's probably too early for me to be reading the PPD sub. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 01:55 PM
16

ok, i see your angle now. i was confused by some of the verbiage and yes i agree with you based on that.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 01:54 PM
1

didn't you say in the post you wanted anal and bdsm?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 01:51 PM
22

choosing a partner based on specific sexual preference is like picking one for looks if you have no other common ground things won't turn out like you expect. i would think as long as they enjoy sex but in a more limited fashion, that should be good. seems like too many young guys here base their existence on sex. that's not so healthy.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 01:50 PM
1

lol....ok now you need to clarify that. you cheated and she complained? because....why? the entitled park was a bit confusing. so some woman used the word entitled...that you weren't entitled to a certain sex act...because why? such a confusing post you have here.

"anal sex"....grow up man. you're gonna bitch because some woman doesn't want to have anal sex with you or your current porno version os what sex is? doing better in bed and the relationship might yield you better results. YMMV

that's the stupidest think i've ever heard. no man says that and if they work you have a better chance of lowering your monthly nut when she divorces you.

i'm always surprised that people put so much importance on having kids and "reproducing" to me that was always secondary to a happy healthy relationship and could take it or leave it. kids are over rated, i have one and he's great and we are best friends but i didn't need that to feel complete as a human life.

as an older guy, dating older women....i agree, they know what they want and have less patients for less than desirable men. good ones that have their shit together are a rare find though still. some have unrealistic expectations but they are good in bed as long as you pay attention bit sometimes too narrowly focused.

young guys should probably guard their feelings if they're gonna date up into the cougar range. my guess is most of those women just want a young dick to play with. i knew a woman that was 50-52 and had a midlife crises and hooked up with a guy that was later 30's. he fell hard and she pushed him away and fucked his shit up.

"Well, I attend a counseling group. There, women talk about how they dated jerks. The men turned out to be selfish, narcissistic, and cruel abusers, and they treated them badly. But they were confident, and that was attractive". that is sooo spot on with what i've observed from some women i know that dated a-holes. those guys just had confidence and they kept those those women at arms length and that has its only appeal for some women. they let that over ride their common sense for awhile. some …

"just because they're good for your hole doesn't mean they're good for your soul" i saw women date guys that could be classified as bad boys but they were just dudes with low impulse control and personality disorders but they had that air of excitement. most of the time those guys treated women poorly and certain women are attracted to being treated poorly because of childhood relationships with their father.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 08:06 PM

i agree, use old people don't have the same issues. at that point it becomes more about baggage and being to stubborn to change.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:22 PM

how old are these guys that want 18-20 year olds? guys that pick that are in for disappointment when they lock down a girl that young and after a few years she realizes she missed out some things.

sexless. for me, being with someone acts like all that towards but without sex would be torture. will she let me go find sex else? maybe i would hang but i seriously doubt it. someone will come along someday and if not, i'm good alone. or is this some sorta hypothetical where its her or no one ever? and not just because you cant find someone because i dont play those kind of mental masturbation games.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 09:44 PM

well that's a generational thing then. i know a lot of great gen x dads what i find is wives leave their man in the dust and ignore them. they get out on the bottom of the list even though they're great guys. i'd say having kids fucks up women more than men. they get obsessed with details and psychotic about little shit. i feel blessed to have found an older woman that never had kids. her brain still functions on the OEM level. and lets not forget the woman that settle for the nice guy and check…

i'd say you are correct in your thinking about how most men feel, at lease normal ones. for me i like what women bring to a relationship, their womanly ways. its all good. i've has sex with women that were pretty starfish and just laid there and took what was being dished out. it didnt really bother me and of course a women that is into it is always better. sometimes the starfish ones had their appeal too so selfish reasons.

you don't have to play the avoidant card like a real one. what you need to do is create space so you don't come across as needy and desperate. calm, cool and masculine usually works. no normal guy wants the feminist woman that wants you to be a pushover. women want strength from a natural position. is it playing hard to get? maybe. some guys are like that naturally and those are the ones that keep women interested. some women them love a challenge and most want some mystery. if your not a natural…

all i know is what i see in my sons (28) life, his guy friends and my buddys kids. the girls want relationships bad while most of the guys are a little held back but i also see some of the guys settling for girls that i never would have given a second chance after they fuck something up. breaking news, young people dont really know whats what until you get to be about 30. theres 2 sides to this equation. guys need to be husband material as well, to make it work.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 01:50 PM

i see these young men out there trying to attract women. i can see why they have little success based on their hygiene and style. on the flip side, i see young women acting like complete sluts in public places and the empowerment they have added to their persona makes them undatable, on the surface.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 01:46 PM
1

i've never done any of that to gain the attention of a woman. i do alot of things for myself so maybe that just translated over because i have no problem attracting women (59M here). any validation i seeked from women in the past was inside the relationship and was mostly sexual in nature but i've stopped doing that.

and when where you in your twenties? thats a really odd take on men though and women never go out looking for sex, do they. reading me right or OP?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/26 07:45 PM

i always appreciated girls that liked to hang with the guys. they were more chill and less gamey than the girls with their pack of female friends. we had a few and it was kind understood to not hit on them and wait for them to make the move.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/26 07:24 PM

when i was in high school and college i had a few girls that where just friends. all but one i hit on and backed off fast when they declined. we stayed good friends because i understood the game and respected them as friends. the one i didn't make a pass at, later hit on me in our mid twenties after not seeing each other since high school. i took her up on the offer and was shocked at what i'd missed out on. she was an amazing fuck. that was 30 years ago and we're still friends today but in diff…

very true, i lived thru those decades in my teens and 20's but you could easily get a hook up at a bar and get a relationship out of it. many guys did. the bulk of dating did come from high school and college acquaintances and friends of friends. that was all we had.

i need to keep in mind this a place isn't my generation and back when i was young, most of my buddies wanted a relationship as did most women. that was the norm. sure there were slut guys that only engaged in ONS and FWB's and most of the girls would have sex right away, in hopes of the guy sticking around. just my memory of it all.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/26 06:38 PM

plenty of women have causal sex or atleast have sex quickly when they meet a guy. is that just because they're hoping for a relationship? is there a true distinction between casual and first date sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/26 06:06 PM

at what age are you talking here bc when i was under 30 a LRT was really the last thing i wanted and casual sex was the game. later in life, sure relationship but that's n=1 too.

i've been school in genetics and everything you said has no foundation in Mendelian or evolutionary genetics. i can't even pretend to accept any of that because nothing tracks with reproduction and selections. you're not taking into account the human factor. on a side note, while humans are a genetic match to the rest of the DNA on this planet, i tend to think we are not part of its normal evolutionary evolution. we're such an anomaly compared to all the other creatures.

are you talking about getting a date with online stuff? because women definitely seem to have an easier time making a selection from what i read. it's a shame meeting someone has come down to online. me (59m) and my wife where out at a college hangout having some drinks saturday night and got into a conversation about dating with a group of 5 young college girls and they all said they date from online and that's crazy. isn't that what college is all about, being able to meet people in classes. t…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 12:51 PM

i dunno, i don't think so for me. i've never had a problem getting women so to pay some woman for sex seems too mechanical. sure that could be good too but there's something deeper about the woman that actually wants to hook up. she's into for emotion and that means something to me. the escort might be more skilled but that's not a factor for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 04:10 AM

the hook up would be more fulfilling than an escort for me but i've never paid for sex that way. for the sex worker, it's just a job. the hook up would have more feeling in my mind.

/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 02:01 PM

if only we had more people over 40 here the conversations would be more relevant. all this here now is just anecdotal observation of kids today for me and not relevant to my life. entertaining for sure though.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/26 02:18 PM

ok...so then don't and go do your thing. get back to us in 20-30 years and let us know how it went bit you comment on how perfect a women would have to be....just too much LOL there. you're really full of yourself there millennial boy.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/26 01:20 PM

the only men that are angry are the ones that don't attract those women that want to have casual sex. which is a modern construct because way back when, even below average men weren't angry like now. the past 20 years there's been a massaging of our minds to make us think in a certain direction and the direction is a destructive path for society.

isn't the gripe about wanting to marry virgins while at the same time wanting to find hookups with "sluts"? personally i'd pass on any women that hadn't got her 304 phase out of the way. they have a better understanding of what sex is to them and what they like.

i can add to that a bit to support you. when i was younger i had sex with 2 woman that were a 1 and a 2 BC. the 1 girl had broken up with her one and only in college and asked me to have sex with her bc she wanted to get more experience the 2 BC woman was someone i knew from college and married number 2. we were pretty good friends. she started up with me and then she started up a swingers deal with her husband and my wife. crazy repressed females! god bless'em.

i agree completely with you. so as a fellow genX man, did you experience a lot of women being sexually aggressive and forward back in your teens and 20's? i'm 59 and graduated high school in '85. for me it was crazy back from 83 thru the 90's how women would be the chasers of men and most guys sat back and waited to see what came our way and there was no shortage of sex.

i just don't see it that way. i've been with women that were cheating on their man more then a few times and i don't see a specific pattern to their me but keep in mind i'm probably a lot older than you and maybe women have changed but i doubt they changed that much when it comes to their dirty minds. i just see woman that maybe chose the wrong guy and don't have respect for him, regardless of how he treats them. when women in my age group (genX) wanted a guy they found attractive, they were the…
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/26 01:46 PM

my experience with men vs women (genX age people) had been that women far out number the men for the cheaters. interestingly the women that cheated on their husbands, blew up the marriage over it. i know of two guys that cheated but neither blew up the marriages because of the woman they were banging.

women have sex for all kind of reason. its weird. i've seen them do it for the pleasure of the act, for love, to get men attracted to them, in relationships to keep them happy. men just aren't like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/26 03:49 AM
1

that's not really the point. i think when a sexual woman sees what she wants, she's a demon and men aren't use to seeing that demon but it lies below the surface in a lot of them. the difference is women are the gate keepers of sex so it comes across differently.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/26 03:45 AM

i was with you for the first 8 words. more like young women leverage their sexual mental attraction. regardless of anything else. just my perspective as a guy that's been approached by a lot of women when i was young and had no money.

the best answer we can get right there.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/26 03:37 AM

see my reply above. i've been around a long time and seen women do the craziest shit when it comes to sex. the pussy wants what the pussy wants, regardless. i knew a woman in college that had only been with two guys and a few years later she was married to #2 and wanted me one night. she got what she wanted and to the best of my knowledge she hadn't cheated before
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/26 03:33 AM
3

as a guy thats been around awhile and seen a lot of shit, you just never know what goes on in a woman's mind. i'm not sure your assumption is 100% accurate from my perspective. i've seen women cheat because they crave a certain man regardless of their current man's level of doting over her. some women are just insatiable.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/26 03:31 AM

that's just genetics at play. live with it. can imagine how it would be if women operated like men. society would never get anything down.

i only know one woman in your age range, she late 30's, never married, no kids and she fits your model. she's beside herself trying to find a decent guy the same age. i know plenty of single and married 50+ women and most are all barely stable mentally. so maneuver accordingly as a divorced guy myself, i've found that women who are childless are a bit more level headed. kids change women in a direction it don't recognize. atleast for the 50+ crowd

back in the day, before all you kids where born, no one cared about who anyone had been with. it just wasn't a thing. the future of relationships is in dire straits.

damn the dating world is so jacked up now days. things where never this difficult. i blame social media and the web in general. good luck to you all.

i see a lot of slacker dudes under 35 out there that need to clean up, otherwise they can keep on getting what they don't get. in fact, i know an older women that has the same problem, she looks ok but her personality is shit and won't learn. there is no guarantee. life on the 3 rock ain't easy.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 02:59 AM

from my experience with women in the 80's -90's i'd say the coolidge effect is applies for women too and in fact divorced women that didn't want to sleep with their husband all the sudden become feral again once they have an affair or get single....if i interpreted that correctly
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/26 12:47 PM
1

no, in doubt it. we had only dated a few months but at the time, they were really into the relationship but who knows. aren't we all damaged goods in some ways after break ups? i got dumped by a couple girls in high school i really liked and i'm not damaged but i might be a little jaded and in fact i just realized a few years back that's what drove me to not stay too long with anyone. it was quite the revelation at 57 years old!
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/26 10:48 PM
2

when i was young yes. even when i had a gf that didnt bore me i still seeked moar, so i didnt stay with one girl very long. it was more about the novelty of new, i guess. it had nothing to do with who/what they were and in fact, i dumped some girls that would have made really great long term gf's. i probably wasnt the norm though. most of my friends didnt chase the next in line but women also hit on me all the time so...its their fault (J/K)
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/26 08:09 PM

yes i agree. i love being able to talk about do's, don'ts and everything related about getting along better and making relationships better. unfortunately not everyone likes talking in relationships
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/26 12:39 PM
3

i wish....she's also super nipple sensitive unless she's fully aroused and that's usually right before she cums. i almost thing she has some mild autism type stuff going on or it's from childhood trauma where too much touching is a turn off. her idea of foreplay and sex is to get me hard and start fucking asap.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/26 12:36 PM

cold approaching a woman that doesnt even give you eye contact and smile is stupid. you need some sort of sign and woman in my age range will give you that because its who we all grew up..YMMV evidently.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/26 05:28 PM
3

oof that's a bit more going on that what i have. atleast mine uses her finger well while i finger her inside and lucky for me, i do that right and mastered the 🫴 not sure i'd wanna be down there for an hour but she has let me a few times when we're partying and she's numbed up. finished her twice out of 3-4 times was she always like that? you have kids now too?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/26 05:09 PM
2

ya sure, whatever works for them. i'm just speaking from my own personal experience with my current gf who doesn't want oral on her and her clot is so sensitive that playing there is off the table. a finger inside sure, she loves that but she steers the clit play herself. it's how it's always been with her from the start. i just follow her lead on what she likes and most of the time she just wants to fuck and make herself orgasm during or after with a finger in her. honestly it's some of the wei…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/26 12:30 PM
7

then there's woman with super sensitive clits. my gf is like that. when we first got together she told me no flat out when i started to go down on her and she doesn't even really want any clit touching other than herself doing it. i never thought i'd say this but not being able to give her oral or touch her there very much makes sex a little boring at times.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/26 12:22 PM

yes and it's getting old. what man doesn't cum with a woman. its his fault if he's got issues. otherwise, men always cum.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/26 12:11 PM

you do realize there are women out there that aren't big fans of oral on them.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/26 12:05 PM

lol, you not see my flair? i'm 50-fucking-9. i've been around enough to know all the psycho-babble being thrown around now days is just mental masturbation. things are so fucked up in now.

sounds like tik tok talk.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/26 05:39 PM

that's makes no sense and of course women are the gate keepers of sex. women have sex with who they want. men have sex with who they can. men marry who they want. women marry who they can.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/26 04:18 PM

lol. you need to take it down a notch. in all seriousness, with that much hate and bad attitude, you'll be celibate.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/26 03:16 PM

that's quite the list you have there kiddo. good luck.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/26 12:52 PM

you forgot drama. lol seriously though, not wrong. women are so emotionally driven, it gets exhausting but you did forget "fickle" and indecisive.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/26 12:49 PM

it’s probably too early in the morning for me to think about that one. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/26 12:41 PM

its not always about free stuff for those types of women. sometimes its just validation.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/26 12:33 PM
1

well....how very Zen of you and of course this is the way to be. if a man had the decentered mindset, women will chase that. in the dating world, that's what separates guys that are perceived to "have game" and guys that are desperate. i can not debate you, i completely agree that's how men should approach life. it's much a healthier way of living when you dont seek validation from women. its ok to chase sex but men need to keep those feelings compartmentalized. i dont see it as feminist though.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/26 12:06 PM
1

might be hard for a lot of men to form a love bond without some sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/26 01:45 PM
0

those types of women are the exciting in bed types too so they tend to hook guys hard. most of them will do anything when it comes to sex because it pleases the man and gives them validation. there's lots of them out there.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 07:28 PM
3

i'll agree with you there.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 07:26 PM
7

"can't cuddle with hard-on" you mean can't cuddle without getting hard?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 07:25 PM
5

that's where you're wrong. men can most definitely have sex without love, it's a physical act. love comes later after sex and they feel love for that person or they love someone and sex is how many men stay connected. thats why men can also cheat on a loved one because "it's just sex" and the two are in separate boxes....for some men.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 07:20 PM

ya geezus kids....get of the SM platforms and live life as it was designed.

the life you led in your 20's was a good example of "the law of attraction" and you pulled out of that tail spin. our 20's is a hard time for men. we're behind the maturity curve then and slow learns in those years.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 02:20 PM

of course and i like your postings and replies. the problem i see is too many low tier men that get frustrated because they arent the biggest peacock on the walk and turn to RP as an escape for their own short comings. they feel like its women's problem they are chosen. i felt genX pill was more appropriate because we all grew up in a time where old school RP mentality was the norm. we accept women's choices because we understood it's all a game, not in the fantasy meaning but in the classic sen…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 02:10 PM

i was flared RP for awhile here but changed because the modern version didn't track for me. i remember RP when if first came out, before it was a cult. the take away for me was...it was men that loved women and wanted to be with one but didn't always understand the dynamics between men and women and struggled with relationships. RP for me meant it helped men understand how woman maneuver and what to expect. there are basic drivers in women that some guys just don't get.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 01:57 PM
2

can i post here under your comment with my flare? lets see.. i'm not a pill'er "per se" but i agree with your first point very much, men's and women's behavior is innate and not a product of society. i say that based on how genders where before the modern age of the web. people may claim tv molded us too but i'd counter that with tv just emulating who we both are.

great blanket statement that's full of holes. first off, how does using that term equate to man's psyche about all that? thats just an opinion not based on facts. i'm not jealous of them, i'd had plenty of sex with woman so i'm a ran thru man whore. i absolutely love women that like casual sex and don't care why they chose it. that's on them. if i was to use that term, it would reference woman that had so many partners they cant form a bond anymore but i also believe those types have attachment …

yep, i just sit up a bit on my knees, rest my ass on heals and her thighs on mine. it works for us. i love doggie, especially her standing at the edge of the bed with her high heals on and bent over resting on the bed. oof... prone gets me in deep and bottom out on her cervix if i'm. or careful but she seems to not mind when she's really worked up.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/26 06:00 PM
2

seems to be her only position she likes? have you tried and how does she respond? my woman now likes 2-3 and likes to rotate through the session. prone is her favorite for getting me off but missionary is how she gets herself off, with her finger. some woman get self conscious about their bodies and doggie of prone is vulnerable to them, i've read/heard.

me? i can't tell you how to be good at sex per se but i can say you gotta pay attention to the woman. she's part of it too and pay of them have things they like that are more prominent than men. for most of us, we're happy just having a woman in bed with a boner and cumming but what makes you better is learning what they like. making them orgasm, they are way more mental and deep when it comes to sex. thats all i learned to do with my current, listen to her and dont fucking forgot it! you also h…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/26 03:19 PM

seriously? you don't think about that one guy that rocked your world sexually? i mean i do get what the woman above said about the mental connection being more important but i would also agree with you about men being insecure about the sex. thats probably our biggest hang up.

nice take. that fit me pretty well when i was young. i spent all time just getting laid and never bothered to stay with a woman long enough to learn anything. i was that above average guy and women would cold approached me all the time but i never learned what actually makes a guy good at sex until later in life. my ex wife was a starfish and never bothered to teach me anything. my new gf is different and i'm different now and i learned how to make her happy as well as myself. something that jus…

i agree completely. as a 59m i grew up with none of this on either side, mostly. women of my generation are still fairly immune to the effects of SM. the internet was a blessing and a curse.

so you're a size queen? it is the length or girth you prefer?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/26 04:15 PM

i don't think it a conscious thing. it's just the software women are running and it's subconscious. the problem comes from men that don't under what's what and thing women should operate like men, which is not the case.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/26 01:18 PM

deception aside, i think the take away for men here is....just be aware of the software you are dealing with.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/26 01:16 PM

staying home until school age is fine. once that happens, women need to go back to work. if they chose not to, you don't get half anymore.

it's also embarrassing to marry a woman and down the road she decides she doesn't want to be married anymore and hasn't worked for 10 years and takes half your shit, that she didn't help build. if a guy is with a woman for 11 years he most definitely likes her. womens obsession with marriage goes towards their insecurity

that is the greatest question of all time. i've come to the conclusion sex is like a shiny fishing lure for a lot of them i dated a woman that got comfortable in the relationship and started to back off her crazy sexual ways. once she noticed my lack of interest, it came back. she's the same woman that confessed she would have jumped at the chance to be an epstiens island girl in her late teens/esrly 20s. keep in mind she was a super intelligent and successful woman but i also put her in the "ps…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/26 06:10 PM

not to me. not to my 27 yr old son, not to one of my best friends. not to my gf. it's just not something we think or care about. sure we'll all acknowledge it but its uneventful and often over looked although i do remember my gf's and get her a plant or flowers.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/26 04:01 PM

to address your 1st paragraph, i think that's a way street with men too. i've had relationships that went from great, good, weakened and still felt fine but the one day, one event happened that i checked out.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/26 03:38 PM

it never ceases to amaze me how some people put so much importance on birthdays. it feels narcissistic.

you might have low T thing going on. i’m 59 now and just starting to notice a slight drop in how horny i am.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/26 01:49 PM
-1

later in life a female therapist once told me womens sexual desire starts in her head. they need a mental cue to get aroused. now this might mean older women because when i was in my teens and 20’s girls were horny as fuck all the time. men like sex all thetime, women like sex too, until they dont. hormones are only one component.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/26 01:45 PM

as a 59m, i wouldnt say 20something girls are they only thing i find attractive, any woman up to my age can be attractive provided they take care of themselves. sure young people are in their physical prime and thats fine for casual sex but if i'm dating them i need intellectual conversation and common interest and i seriously doubt a many women under 35-40 would fit that. as for the sex part, if the woman i'm dating keeps my attention and stays interested, i won't stray.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/26 03:13 PM
1

and how did you come to that conclusion from that?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/26 10:52 PM

interesting. maybe that mature male brain thing. i knew a guys that were settled down boys but not many. most of use were half feral but this was a different era, i'm 59 now. i'd say my son and a couple of his buddies are pretty squared away for being a good datable guys. their late 20's.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/26 09:53 PM
1

what i said was a 100%, like i said, there were a couple in my 20's i really liked but it was reciprocated. if they seem genuine, give it a shot. from the sounds of their actions, they might be dateable!

just in general but to your point, being called a slave to something is also a slippery slope in the context of things. if humans could better regulate emotions, we'd all be much happier but then we might not be human and that part of our emotional side makes us who we are as a species.

young mens brain's are not fully developed until atleast 30-35. i know i wasn't, dating was comparable to taking a shower. some days i needed one, some days i didnt. some days i needed 2 showers. at the core all i really wanted was sex and i'd tolerate dating to get that. luckily, i changed in my old age, somewhat. maybe those guys you referenced where really into you. every once in awhile i'd meet a girl that was different than the rest so most of the time i was only interested in their sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/26 01:06 PM
1

your experience with woman and dating is pretty spot on from my perspective. it goes to show how obsessed many women can be with dating and the ultimate conclusion of dating....which is marriage, a house, a dog and 2.5 kids and how they use sex as a tool to land that dream.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/26 12:41 PM

i don’t think we, as men, have been programmed by society, it’s hard wired thru biology and you see in how many men view sex, love and relationships vs how women view it. of course we can be skewed by society but or core is the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/26 01:14 PM

i agree, she has some of that and at her core is a fearful avoidant. i’ve read anxious accompanies the fearful/disorganized avoidant many times. her FA ways have caused her a lot of heart ache in life but i am “that one” she doesn’t want to discard. it has caused me significant grief over our 7 years together but once i figured out what was going on and read up on all that, it’s been easier. she’s a great woman under the hood. i’m like you though, i prefer consistency and outward affection. i do…

he’s not entirely wrong and you are correct as well. as an older guy, i’ve noticed there are more than a few women out there that arent comfortable in their own head and have a lot of baggage (regrets) from their past that can manifest itself later in life. some of that causes drama in a relationship. men don’t seem to suffer this as much. one of my good friends mid50’s was dating a woman for awhile. there was talk of her moving in then suddenly she broke it off. i asked him what happened. all h…

i think they call that mate guarding. my woman is very confident in our relationship and trusts me implicitly but i can feel her get complacent at times. if i step off my normal path, pull back my outward affection for a few days, maybe stop for a beer on the way home i’ll tell her. all the sudden she’s texting me and when i get home she’s extra clingy and affectionate for a few days. sometimes i do it because i get bored. sometimes i do it to give her a wake call. seems to work.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/26 01:09 PM

your last paragraph is a tough one to stand on. i think as men we want to think that’s the case but i don’t believe it’s the truth and for the women we’re involved with, a lot has to do with age and attachment style. women are complicated emotional beings and it’s hard for us as men to keep up with. me and my woman are late gem x’ers, she’s 4 yrs older than me and i use to think l she was bored but it really just more comfortable and maybe a little lazy about some things now. honeymoon phase end…

image this…. if women were as fuck crazy as men are, there’d be little shagshacks all over it public and people would never get any work done in society. its probably a good thing women are a bit more restrained.

your first sentence....i've seen so many of my guy friends chase after women that were'nt interested when i was young and they never got the girl and always came away hurt. as a young man i pursued girls i genuinely wanted to date and not just sex and when i realized i was friend zoned i bailed because being friends was not what i wanted. i did have plenty of girls that were friends first and that was different. some guys try too hard and it comes off as desperate and creepy i think

i’m glad i’m not in the dating pool and found a woman that isn’t like that. she has other issues with her personality that are challenging but atleast she’s not a 666er.

couldn’t agree more with that last paragraph. their emotion driven brain is hard for a guy to stay current with and not get lost on the do’s and dont’s.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/26 05:39 PM

once upon a time long ago, women where the instigators of casual/one night stand sex. can’t tell you how many times that’s happened to me. by the time is was 25 i’d had sex with close to 30 women and most of that was initiated by the girl. hell, one girl in my molecular bio class had just gotten out of a bad LTR with the only guy she’d ever fucked. she asked me over to her house a few times, diner with parents and one day she said she wanted to get more experience and asked if we could be fwb’s …

so….is the term chad from the under 30 crowd? atleast you’re old enough to not be so wrapped up in all this crazy, right? i chat with a woman your age here on reddit about dating and she seems to have different issues than the 20something crowd.

you think too much. just know that most women like strong men and go from there. here something you may not know, women like to fuck too. they have sex for various reasons and it can be more mental than physical. yes women are more complicated when it comes to sex than men. here’s another piece of info, asshole men like to fuck too and they have more confidence than simpy men so who do you thing women are going to chose at the start. not all men with confidence are assholes though either. i stop…

dating apps might make it easier to find someone, maybe too easy. too easy to just move on. in the 80's 90's it was still incredibly easy to meet the opposite sex because we didnt live on the web and have stupid parameters pounded into our head. there were no hang ups, no judgments. granted our generation was more socially lubricated with some form of ethanol or other recreational party favor. its certainly loosened us up but when you went out to club or to parties, that was our version of a dat…

oh thats not always the case. had one older woman tell me to be more selfish, be a 3 year old she said. she wanted to feel desired in bed. she got satisfaction from seeing a guy get off and was a freak in the sheets….also had some pretty serious self esteem issues.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/26 01:15 PM

are you my ex girlfriend? lol, seriously though, i dated a girl that was only good for about half of what i had. piv sex was not a good thing for us and it sucked because she was really cool and we got along well. we kinda drifted apart over a few months and she dumped me once we realized sex was a problem. dating a woman now that is the opposite. she could probably happily handle 8” depending on position.

i cant remember, its been 7 year but i just remember my buddy telling me he had been in jail for violent crimes. him being a criminal is somewhat irrelevant though since she was 4 months into separation and all ready wanted to get married and as IRC he dumper her because she was devastated. she obviously has some issues. i met her a party one night and we talked, it seemed like the lights were on but no one was home with her.

don’t women feel rejection too? it just manifests itself in different ways. i dated a woman (genX ages here) that we went through a rough sex period where she thought i was rejecting her sexuality and it caused her to have self esteem issues with sex. so if a guy gets slighted by a woman and he gets down about it, he needs to brush it off and don’t seek validation from them. masculinity should come form within.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/26 01:36 PM

oh….this is an advice sub? lol. i thought it was a just a bitch moan and whine sub. for the incel men and feminist women to bitch about the opposite sex. the dating habits, the standards expressed and sexual exploits of young people these days is disturbing.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 01:21 PM

the richest, most beautiful women is worthless if she’s a complete bitch. bitchy women make men into assholes and give them depression. so ya, i’d take that trade off too. money and looks only get you so far. you gotta be cool too. it’s not that much different than women’s standards. we all have things on the top of the list. although seems women will be with a rich man and tolerate his negative attributes…for awhile. those never last though.

ya and that’s just me. i had a few guy friends in my teens and 20’s that weren’t like that and needed more connection but over all, most guys would have sex if she looked at them twice even if she’s not in the range of what’s he finds attractive. its not that they don’t want you sexually. the turn for a guy is her desired for him, the girl might not be his physical type but if she got hot and bothered and is coming on to you, that’s the switch. being wanted by a women is a turn on in and of itse…

/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/26 05:12 PM

is there really a first option? isnt there always a someone better? i feel like we chose someone that fits us as best they can and you grow with them. first best seems like a dream and we never really know who's going to be better. theres always something missing in a relationship and obtaining perfection seems unlikely

blow jobs are confusing my in my old age of 59 but i'm loosing some sensitivity too. i use to love them, if it was good. as i got older they became less important with the woman i'm with now and had to let her know because of the reduced sensitivity. i kinda feel bad because she loves to suck dick so told her just a little off and on, here and there. she has good hand technique, enthusiastic and loves to suck dick but she can barely get more than the head in so i start to loose it a bit and know…

it depends on the level of slutiness and how they act while in a relationship. to me a slut is one that cant stay loyal while in a relationship. women that have sex at the drop of a dime are not sluts.

in the old days, before most of you were born….women where the ones expressing interest in a guy. she’d let you know, if she liked you. guys rarely “chased” because just as your definition is now, it was the same then. if a guy spent too much effort showing interest, he was a chump and when i say too much interest i mean more than 1 or 2 attempts. i dont recall a buddy ever landing his dream girl if she didn’t already like him. it’s like the bird world. males need to attract a female with what t…

i don’t know. never known a married coupe in my life that went through the dude not wanting sex. i was around married couples for 24 years. it was always the guys bitching. maybe a generational thing? i’m a lot older than most people here and don’t have any knowledge base to answer that but would be interested to hear. maybe i’ll check that sub out but it seems depressing because i lived it! lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:49 PM

i had that happen to me when i was young. some really cool girls friend zoned me and i lost interest because i figured they were not sexual. i knew plenty of girls in high school that just didnt have sex with anyone, even guys they dated and those dudes always bailed on them. i'e always leaned towards the girls that were more incline to put out early and they never disappointed in those relationships. other things broke us up.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:41 PM
1

of course they should but guys will stay with a shitty deal longer than they should too. i've had a therapist tell me she sees that all the time. she felt like men have this innate thing to stick it out and try to make it work. sometimes kids are involved and that complicates a mans brain. i'd did want my son growing up without his dad, we were too close and chose to sacrifice myself for him until he was out.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:36 PM

there's nothing wrong with a girl making a guy play the waiting game but if they wait too long, they might miss out on a good one. waiting too long might give a guy the impression she isnt sexual in nature.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:33 PM

i'd truely like to know what goes on in the mind of a woman that gets into a LRT with lots of sex at the start and then shuts it off without bailing out of the relationship. they are very heady in how they see sex and its like the stars have to be in the correct alignment sometimes.

interesting about the latch key stuff. i grew up as a teen in the 80’s and none of my friends where locked out. in fact its how hook ups happened….”hey my parents are gone til 5pm why don’t you come over”. there was so much sex that happened while parents where working. lol it was a great time for socializing.

/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 06:02 PM

i think that is the biggest problem with dating/marrying a promiscuous woman, assuming she’s a loyal one. she’s had so much dick and women seem to be judgmental on men with sex. you might be a good stable guy for her but if you’re not in the top 5 for sex you’re getting boxed out eventually. maybe, that’s just speculation. kinda wish women could answer here. i love promiscuous women but i’m also a bad judge of character when it comes to dating. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 05:46 PM
1

i can’t say because i was married for a long time and not in the single world. after getting divorced i got back into a relationship pretty quick and didn’t have the opportunity to meet a bunch of women. my only foundation is in my teens and twenties back in the 80’s-90’s BUT easy girls back then where most definitely not man haters. they loved men and dick.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 05:32 PM

i’m (59m) dating a woman 63 that was what i call promiscuous in her life. dating her in college and got back together 25-30 years later. back then she hit on me in class and we had sex within a week of meeting. after getting to know her now she’s dated a ton of guys and i call her profile promiscuous but she’s most definitely loyal and not a cheater. she was actually seeing a guy when i looked her up but we didn’t do anything until she dumped his looser ass.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 05:22 PM

are you saying that based on what you see “online” or is that real life experience. because tiktok doesn’t count.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 05:15 PM

i’ll certainly agree about the BPD types being promiscuous and i’ll add avoidant types based on experience with plenty of both. avoidants validate through sex but can’t maintain a healthy relationship so they come across as promiscuous because they will hop into bed quick. cluster B’s are pleasant at first because of how they roll but that fades.

/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/25 01:27 PM

i’m sorry but i can’t agree on your first paragraph there. i don’t think they understand just how whacky they can be.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 10:12 PM

a cuck is a sexual thing or did the definition change? the ones you’re talking about are pussy whipped. there’s a difference but those guys, just take the happy wife happy wife to the extreme and are never happy because she looses respect for him. edit: oh i’m not first.

hahaha….pot meet kettle. you’re pretty impressed with yourself, aren’t ya? just keep up with the bad attitude, it’ll serve you well and now i see why women hate on young men so much. your brains been fried by the web. you must be one of these the woman out into the undatable category.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 02:10 PM

lol…gotta be a genZ huh? if we’re making assumptions here…then you gotta be a dumbass millennial raised by a dumbass boomer. you most certainly ran that statement into the good traits list.

tf is my point? you stated that so explain how “the ability to influence people” is a good thing? …ffs

ya there’s no low value women out there at all. i’ve met so many woman with cluster B personality traits in my life. i’d rather be alone with my dog that stuck with a other one of them. atleast i have my sanity. the bad personality women are the ones that’ve been married a few times and now own too cats and go around saying how shitty men are and i’d rather be alone blablabla lets see, then there’s the women in relationships that can’t keep their pants on and fuck every guy that gives them valid…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 01:41 PM

ya…all that because all women are great human beings and there’s no bad women out there. this thread is a guy bashing shit fest and some of you women act like your gods gift to the world. new flash….i’ve met some really shitty women in my time here. huge personality flaws, mostly the cluster B types. those are women i’d steer clear of and rather have a gold fish for a companion than them.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 01:33 PM

the ability to influence people? you mean like sociopath manipulation? ya thats a great trait….or do you mean like a “social influencer”? here’s another fantastic one.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 01:25 PM

TLDR….news flash. everything is propaganda now days. cheese and rice that made my head hurt. everyone in ‘mercia enjoy the long weekend and for fucks sakes kids, take a break from the web.

very true brother but we’ll catch hell for it and we look back at gen’s before us and it was same same. every generation things get harder and harder.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 08:49 PM

thanks for your insight, appreciate that and always good to know who’s in my range with similar history. the self hatred thing is an interesting comment. is that from the female perspective and how life was for your gender? i’ve met a few women our age that echo that, if i’m reading it right. i had one ex girlfriend from high school and then later in college we hooked back up on summer breaks, recently tell me that broke up with me for the sole reason that she thought i deserved someone better! …
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 06:35 PM

guess i don’t understand the “you” part but ….it was easier then because the party scene loosened people up but we also didn’t have the closed off nature the web has created. people were amazingly social. we met at concerts, school, work, friends of friends, churches (for some) seems the media has done a good job vilifying the party scene and drinking and drinking ain’t what it used to be. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 06:17 PM

lol….why would you assume that!! you don’t know me very well! we (my woman and i) haven’t changed much. we probably party more than we should but ya gotta die someday, might as well make to most of what we have.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 06:09 PM

pushed by peers, parents, schools? just curious. i’ll have to ask around my group of female friends if they experienced this in the 80’s. it didn’t seem like it but then again, i was t paying much attention back then to social stuff. thanks for your insights.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 05:55 PM

marriage should never have been a career. thats a construct of ones own mind. sure society pushed it maybe but not since the 50’s or 60’s. plenty of girls i grew up with in the 80’s all have great careers….and families. then divorce and remarried. many of us married from the wrong g reasons. meaning the personalities didn’t mesh. as for the web making social changes, ya i get it, men got whacked from it too.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 05:36 PM
10

great perspective. thanks for the post.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 05:16 PM

i get your point dude. what young guys go thru with how women have changed, it’s crazy i think young guys are still the same, want the same things out of life and a relationship but feminism and the over load of connectivity from the web has changed women into something i dont recognize. so with that, us old guys have very little to offer but we do have some base knowledge of how women operate underneath their modern cloak. that probably hasn’t changed.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 04:51 PM
5

if i may interject my genx opinion, we didn’t have it worse. dating apps made it worse, among tother things web related. it was easy back then but we all partied with drugs and drank too much and that was a social lubricant.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 04:25 PM

when i realized this sub is mostly people half my age i decided to change my flare to reflect my generation. i try to steer clear of too much input because i realize the experiences are completely different. i’d love to give historical perspectives and i have a ton of experience with woman ,dating and sex, just not in the 2020’s as a 20something man. anymore i just read, learn about what’s going on now and exhale a heavy sigh from time to time…..and delete posts occasionally because i realize it…

men will fuck a warm apple pie and call it good. our brains are wired differently when it comes to sex and the connections that are made.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 09:32 PM
1

is this age dependent? like how old you are and what you’re attracted to at that time. i know it changes for me. that’s someone prime to me but of course sex drive comes in there too.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 04:28 PM
1

eh….i dunno. that depends on some other factors. i’ve only met a few women in my 48 years that were intellectuals equals and still cool.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 01:51 AM

ya gotta have sex to know if their mindlessness is worth putting up with. women have plenty of other value though. they can make great companions if you find the right one.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 01:35 AM
-1

i'm starting to see that alot of young guys are turds now days. my generation was not like this, mostly. as i said above, i'm just here for the learning on wtf is going on out there. the kids thing, that drive is probably stronger in women, than in men but when the reality sets in, everyone gets checkmated.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:59 PM

but my point was, people should not do things that go against their programming, just because social norms say you should.

eh, not my concern anymore. just an observation
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 01:56 PM

we all make poor choices, that’s for sure. i made my share of them along the way. funny how that happens, looking back, i passed on some girls that probably would have been fantastic girlfriends but they weren’t exciting enough. so what did i do, i was drawn to avoidant types because of that initial rush they gave off. whatta a fucked up mess. LOL
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 01:46 PM

i can’t tell you how many men i met along the way that were psychotic about their keeping their daughters virgins and yes most were conservative at the core true liberal men weren’t so much like that but that’s only because they are soft and squishy at their core. what i always tried to point out to theses idiot guys….dont you remember fucking some girl in high school that was another man’s daughter. you know you made that daughter by fucking some other man’s daughter. the cog diss with that men…

i’ve come to the conclusion that getting married is ok but not needed for some couples. those same couples that have a fun active life style ruin their relationship by having kids UNLESS they absolutely understand what they are getting into kids change so much and if you aren’t 100% down with turing your life upside down, it’s a not a good choice. that comes from my somewhat selfish view on life. i have a great son from my fucked up marriage but would have had a way different life style if i cho…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 01:34 PM

fair enough, i was just throwing that out for debate. one other thing that makes me wonder……is about women with high N count and the speculative notion they get bored in LTR’s before men. is that based on most men aren’t that great at sex or don’t follow their woman’s wishes for what great sex is and women put higher importance on great sex than do? again, not making claims. just asking for a friend.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 07:28 PM

just speculation but the more partners you’ve had, the more you crave the new stuff.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:46 PM

your 2nd paragraph rings in my head. never read any studies, just observations on my relationships and what i see in the wild with friends.

back in the 80’s and 90’s women where on BC for years and i never recall any of them bitching about it.

you lost me when you brought chatGPT into human behavior. men like talking to women because they think they might get some sex out of it?

like a herd of sheep.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 05:38 PM

well said. my woman prefers me to lead in sex, be dominant and enjoy myself but one time she shut me down and at the beginning of sex that day she says…you don’t always have to lead. take it for what it is and listen to them. that’s the important take aways for dudes. for guys, 90% of our sexual experience is good to go. women have a more discerning tastes, atleast ones with experience and know themselves and their body
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 04:57 PM

that’s the best why to be. well said.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/25 06:03 PM

as an older guy, i’ve come to the conclusion….neither sex knows what they want sometimes but it does feel like women tend to get bored easier. maybe that’s men not reading the teas leaves properly or it’s women and hypergamy ( the grass being greener over there…) or maybe it none of the above. communication and honesty is the key to it. gen z and millennials mileage may vary.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/25 05:57 PM

how’s that? i said i didnt.

/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/25 10:11 PM

ya know what’s crazy about your comment, and yes i agree with you but i’ve been dating this woman (we are 58 and 63) for 6 years now and she’s told me great sex is when a man does what he wants with her and enjoys himself. her own orgasm is not her priority. she’s said sex is just a physical act and should be mysterious and undefined. not even sure what that means. lol that’s hard to wrap my head around and frankly, makes sex a little tough at times. she does have some attachment issues and i’ve…

/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/25 12:06 PM

when was that? it was great back then. school, work, friends of friends, clubs, parties. we where a very social generation
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/25 10:24 PM

honestly what was the most eye opening was the sexual revolution in women, in what i see called the orgasm gap. i think it’s great and it’s changed sex. way back when, most women and young girls didn’t know about pleasuring themselves or how to get there, let alone most men. the first girl i ever dated that “did herself” during piv was in 1990 and i had been sexually active for 7 years by then with 20 or so women. its sad to think about and wow, if i knew then what i know now! lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/25 09:05 PM

ya know that’s a really complicated question! honestly. i was married for 24 years up til 2019 and never looked into anything. just rolled thru a shitty marriage with blinders on the web has been great for me, for learning about myself and women BUT you are absolutely right in that it can cause one to over think. i struggled with dating this women because i’d been out so long and honestly had no idea about relationships and what people valued in them. the biggest value was learning what women wa…

that’s no joke. as a 58m now and comparing things in the last 10 years to what we had in the 80’s-90’s is like being on a different planet. social media and the web ruined everything dating wise. it’s been good for being more aware of what the opposite sex thinks, wants and needs but no one seems to meet in the wild now.

what 55 year old geriatric dude wants to hang out and date a 20 year old? sex sure, relationship….pff. as a 50something geriatric myself, not one of my buddies would date one and a couple that have 20something daughters are grossed out by the thoughts of sex with someone their daughters age. seemed a little weird but those daughter dad guys get warped too. besides, youth is always attractive. what 55 yo woman doesn’t gaze at a young dude and think of sex but he’s not going to look at her twice e…

lol ok. as for this whole subject, i’m not really qualified to speak since this is a modern young thing, i’m old. i had a few buddies that did casual sex back in the day and as i recall, most of them where “hit it and quite it” types. i did the same but thinking about it here now, there were 3 girls that i had FWB’s stuff with that i kept rolling with for a time. the rest was just conquest shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/25 05:55 PM

maybe it has something to do with the dynamic in bed. are they satisfied afterwards? i had a couple fwb’s in my youth and always went back until one us had a steady. i still think fondly of those women.

i think you’re missing the nuances of how some men operate, on a mental level. you are right about men being able to have emotionless sex but when the connection is made with a woman and that man is “in love”, all that changes. he needs that physical connection that sex offers and without it, he’s going to feel shunned by his woman. that he’s just a friend and she’s not truly in love with him anymore. granted, that’s a perception thing on the man’s part but as woman, is it true or not….if sex be…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/25 12:37 PM

it’s not a problem, it never has been. men don’t shame each other men for paying for sex. seems its a woman thing to shame men for hooker sex. get over it. some women sell it willingly, mostly, hopefully and god bless them for their contribution to society.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/25 06:52 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/25 02:16 PM

older guy here (58) and i got a blunt reminder that women wanted to be dominated and told what to do in bed after a long nearly sexless marriage. it took me some time to process this out though. what she said to me that made my head spin…”great sex is when a man does what he wants with me and enjoys himself”. whatta mind fuck that was. we called it sport sex. so we did that for a long time and then all the sudden she decided she wanted “normal comfortable sex”. so what now, i gotta shift gears a…

/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/25 01:01 PM

hookup culture has been around longer than you've probably been alive. its just more publicized now with the web. why do you care so much about what people do when it comes to hookup sex?

i replied wrong. it was for OP
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/25 08:15 PM

i just don’t see how paying for sex is cheating. how about you define this cheat. maybe instead of blaming men, turn your anger towards women for selling their bodies. thats where the problem starts, based on your goofy claim
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/25 02:50 PM
6

cheating on who?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/25 02:32 PM

that’s been happening since humans have existed, so now what? how does men paying for sex translate to your political beliefs?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/25 02:32 PM

why do you care what young men do with their cash and dicks? sounds like you need to focus on yourself, rather than on what other people are doing with their lives.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/25 01:43 PM

cheating though. come on….men have been paying for sex a lot long that you realize, evidently. just not sure what your definition of cheating is here. sounds more like your pissed at women selling their cooter for cash.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/25 01:40 PM
6

….and in other news, water is wet and the sky is still blue. OP, are you abandoning ship here? hook up culture has been going on since atleast the 80’s. and the cheating part, men have been paying for sex for a bit longer than that. your rant fails to shed any light on anything.

because you werent born into that role. some guys have that ability and others dont. there is no rule book, there is no guarantee, there is only what you make of it. just because joe has a ferrari doesn’t mean you get one too. he earned that. even if you were a player, trust me, at some point it gets old and you want something to settle down with but i won’t lie, catch and release is fun to a point but it’s also exhausting.

yes, you’re right, i do believe you’re that rude to strangers in public, i see you often enough, we call you Karen but do you even see the massive amount of hypocrisy in both your posts? yes, agreed. plenty of men out there that are naturally RP without the modern bullshit portrayed online. those guys ruined a lot masculine traits. they are your basic dudes with woman skills. low testosterone guys trying to be the online version of RP fuck it by being assholes.

as for dating, i could careless who they hooked up with. at the moment they are with me and that’s all i cared about. there where a couple ONS’s stand with my buddies ex’s. a few that i passed on that went to my buds later. most of my younger years where catch and release girls. a few girl friends here and there but again, back then no one gave a shit what someone’s past was.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/25 07:29 PM

yes i agree with you there. i was married for 24 years to a cluster b type woman that deregulated fast but i stayed…because i think men have a more monogamous outlook. we both checked out on each other but stayed married for some stupid fucking reason. i totally agree that women get bored faster, more easily. especially ones that have had enough sexual partners to know what’s good and what’s bad, sex wise. do you think women get more rush from someone new? for guys, 90% of sex is good sex. women…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/25 05:40 PM

thank you for that admission. unfortunately i’ve had too many relationships with cluster b’s and that’s my fault for being sucked in by the love bombing. i’m an old guy now,58, and when i think back about girls i passed on, they probably would have made wonderful wives but they lacked that “excitement punch” that i was attracted to when i was young. dating one now, yet again but i just recently got woke up to what’s what and who’s who in the zoo.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/25 05:34 PM

women getting bored is the bigger problem. then they shut down on their man, THEN he cheats. women getting board for whatever reason seems to be the key factor. even with guys that are all there.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/25 05:17 PM

that’s a two way street. women are just as guilty of all that.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/25 05:13 PM

validation types and boarderlines as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/25 04:59 PM

you need to step away from the internet for a long time.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/25 10:44 AM

first paragraph there….oof. i’ve lived that, twice. someday i’ll learn.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/25 08:03 PM

those women where before you assume? the validation issues with FA’s is far reaching. has he done anything inside your relationship to cause issues? oddly enough, i don’t think my gf is promiscuous in the cheating department. she appears very loyal once in a relationship, if it serves her but i do know she’s been flighty with some guys she didn’t take seriously. lots of validation issues with this one. what gets me are the lies they spin to make themselves seem like better partners. i really don…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/25 06:11 PM
2

yes i am but there are circumstances and outside that, i might not be still be with her but hard to say. she certainly lost some of my respect and some of my trust. we are older than most everyone here so our dynamics might be different. she’s a fearful avoidant type so i take that into a account.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/25 03:58 PM
18

i can’t get past the “have her on your arm” part. is that sole reason why you date someone? …and those women are gay.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/25 03:56 PM
2

ya…my woman hates the idea of being judged on her past shitty decisions about men and she had plenty so i can see why. she did get caught in lies about who a couple guys were, that didn’t work out very well for her…the lying.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/25 01:26 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/25 01:04 PM

LOL…..my girlfriend was married at 18 and it only lasted a few years. we were drunk one night and i was asking some questions why it didn’t work etc. at one point she blurted out….”because i didn’t like his dick” …the blunt force women can inflict never ceases to amaze me.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/25 01:25 PM
0

no, not really. asking an AI bot something isn’t the best idea. ask humans, you have your answer here. cock blocking is preventing someone from having sex. trashing on another dude for priming is just shaming and teasing.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/25 12:21 AM

bad bois. those FA girls love’em

/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/25 08:44 PM

cock blocking is when my old dog use to get on the bed during sex and try and have a threesome. talk about coitus interruptus
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/25 08:35 PM

how is that cock blocking? definition doesn’t fit.

us old fuckers need a PPD sub for our generation. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 03:56 PM
1

i’m 58 and only kid is a boy, 28 now. i was very active with him and the good parent. mom was closed off emotionally and lacked parenting skills. we’re really close but he’s got a bit of his mother and doesn’t like to explore his soft side much but he’s getting better. some of the girls he dated in college certainly had their issues with anxiety. way too much of that now days. what the younger generation deals with is way different from i experienced.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 03:18 PM
1

and those are the wrong kinda girls. i was guilty of being attracted to those kind of girls but i was also one of “those guys”. there are good stable women out there, just have to look hard and not settle.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 03:15 PM
2

not sure of your age but where OP and myself are, it’s pretty rare but in all fairness, men our age are just as guilty. lots of incomplete humans out there.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 12:59 PM
2

ah you’re old like me. one thing i’ve noticed about this sub is….we’re too old to relate to what going on with the younger generation. ours had its own and different issues. it is interesting to read here and see what going on but it doesn’t correlate to our experiences IMO. i agree with ya though, women in our range have a lot baggage and they don’t like to hear about our problems because they can’t even handle theirs.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 12:57 PM

young women love excitement and those “bad for them guys” are exciting. the problem being, not steeping away from that excitement rush soon enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 12:52 PM
2

can you have a talk with my woman for me please. she’s the most closed off person i’ve ever met. in fact, most of the woman i know in my age range are closed off from the feelings and have way too much bagged they haven’t unpacked. they just dragged it along their whole life and now it’s coming home to roost. that shit needs to get checked long before we die. otherwise it makes for a miserable life
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 12:47 PM
3

yes! i’ve caught on to this new fangled lingo you whippersnapper. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 10:58 AM
2

well…over all men and women are different. outliers on both sides of course. pretty sure there’s more than one woman out there that could say the same. it’s just kinda the facts of life, everyone’s brain is wired differently. i knew a woman that spent the better part of her 30’s thru 50’s in emotionless pointless relationships that were about sex and companionship and not romantic.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/25 11:10 PM
1

sex is a bodily act and separate from love/emotion, for me. in fact i could and have had sex with a woman multiple times and not developed feelings. the 2 are not mutually exclusive in a relationship i most definitely like emotion but it’s not a requirement. in fact for 4-5 years my (58m) girlfriend (62f) didn’t show emotions in sex. i would cheat on someone i loved though as long as sex was still on the table.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/25 11:06 PM

lol at your female rant. thats what hits you first?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 11:32 PM

from your post history i see why you’re alone. stop being so crabby. people pick up on bad attitudes i could introduce you to my ex wife. she’s a female looser. 7 years now and she has nada, zip, zilch, zippo men in her life. she has zero personality and demanding as fuck. that’s why she’s has no men in her life. i know other men and women in out age range that are perpetually single and it’s because they suck as a human. always pissed off at everything just like my ex. the take way here is some…

some men.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 02:21 PM

as a promiscuous man, it would be hypocritical to hate sluts, depending on the definition sluts…what defines that? do they still slut around while in a relationship? then no thanks but if their slutness ceases in a relationship, no problem. i appreciate their efforts and experience. its all about connection and consistency for me. the modern day sluts are social media validators for self esteem, those i only one have use for. as the famous saying goes….how else is a girl going to get boys to lik…

being tall is a construct of modern internet lore. some shallow women have been steered into this. i’d avoid any woman that has a “list” of any sorts. i know plenty of older guys that are sub-6 and have good looking wives.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/25 01:50 PM

the real problem here is the internet. too many people live there and that’s not were life should happen. until something changes, the beating will continue until moral improves. carry on.

aren’t we a bit there already? i mean look how guys dote over their women now. always trying to please their every unrealistic demands and garner enough favor to get some sex once a month or year. those guys are already just sperm donors.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 08:21 PM

i dunno, there’s just something special about sex with a woman. i don’t think a dude would work for me. i’ll stay on this side of the fence.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 08:18 PM

not wrong, on the whole. probably a microcosm of it still left though.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 03:12 AM
3

she’s not wrong on the whole. when i was in that age range not one of my guy friends wanted anything that might lead to marriage. that was not on the list. there where plenty of girls that did though.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 08:40 PM

it’s not all women though but would like to hear your theories
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 02:59 PM
3

good to hear your thoughts and experiences, thank you in my relationship (58m,62f) i can confirm my girlfriend is very much attracted to bag boys. we meet in college and i was that guy then. we got back together after a lifetime apart, 30 years. in conversations, she said the guys in those 30 years of dating that were the most excited where all very bad for her, as a woman. took her along time to find me right again, the perfect balance of bad and still good. thats me. i’ve always known this to …
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 02:44 PM
5

ok, i see your point. to address one inconsistency though, your #1 item. watch some of the cheesy biker movies from the 70’s….all those are bad dudes and they had a flock of women with them and women stayed with them. those were some really distorted and disturbing themes back then but still relevant. women like bad boys i guess i’m not very susceptible to marking. commercials and tv themes don’t set in my head but i definitely see what you mean and i do see some people taking it as fact.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 02:01 PM
1

gotcha. i don’t read enough to see these women complaining like that but have seen alittle of what you say. dating now days is something i’m glad is behind me. it’s ugly out there.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 01:57 PM
-1

but aren’t those below average women left holding the bag at the end? they are able to have sex with good looking guys but it ends there . they might get sex but they won’t land the higher quality man because he’s using her for sex. not a mate. seems like standards have become wrapped now days. way back when, everyone knew their level but i remember some of my guy friends that were below average on looks get some hot girls but those ugly dudes had good personalities too.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 01:52 PM
6

so we should adopt the sexual practices of some monkey species? genetics plays a bigger role that you don’t take into account here. you can’t force a sexual practice on a group. plenty of other species mate for life based the the success of the male to attract a female.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 01:48 PM

there must be some really lazy dudes out there now days. who doesn’t keep their house in order?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 01:38 PM

a mating system sounds very dystopian and completely away from natural selection. are you subscribing to that as well or just reiterating what you here?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 01:33 PM

as a male growing up in the 80’s i never experienced this socialization of our worth translating to success with women. whats an example of that?

funny to read so many theories about why women turn to prostitution. i know a woman thats 64 now and she was a full on prostitute when she was young, didnt know her then though, shes my girl friends friend. and let me tell you, shes a mental basket case. she didnt do it for money, she did it for other mental wranglings. maybe next time shes over for party night, i’ll ask her but i would run the risk of getting punched in the face too. lol this woman i’m dating also had 2 girlfriends in high scho…

/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 04:37 PM

depends on if the single guy wants to be single. then maybe yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 12:18 AM

well said.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 05:34 PM

that’s been happening since the 70-80’s man. plenty of hook up culture back then with zero commitment
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 05:33 PM
4

So yeah, alot of guys are just mad their actions/behavior has consequences…. seems a lot of them have poor hygiene too. i see some really grimy young dudes in society and they wonder why women pass them up. some men seem to hold themselves in too high of regard. lower your standards to your level and see what happens. hot women are for hot men and the rest fall into place. for once, i agree with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 04:34 PM
2

i always considered the gate keeping of sex and relationships on both sides meant when you are in an actual relationship for the single people walking down the street, women are under no duty to let a mane fuck them. why should they be. guys that can’t get laid, that’s on them. fix yourself or lower your standards in a relationship, there is no duty to have sex on a woman’s part either. that’s where the gate keeping comes in for me. when women use it as a tool toward or punish.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 01:46 PM

with random men?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 04:40 PM

it’s gotta be the base though for initial attraction. it alway is my case from what women told me about why they approached
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 12:12 PM
1

i see young men now days not having enough self confidence. too much social media, tv and fucking video games swimming in their heads to balance that, seems like young girls have gotten too demanding with all the shit piped into their heads now days too. but what to i know about how you 20-30 year old deal with sex now days. all i see is the constant bitching from guys on reddit. i need to talk to my son about this someday. he touches grass…as the saying goes.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 12:06 PM
6

whatta psychotic way of thinking. those guys are just bottom of barrel and not able to attract women for various reasons.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:59 AM
5

i’ve always figured that was the case with women based on experience and conversation and you are right about men. not all but a lot of us will fuck way below our pay grade. i’ve done it but at the core, the girls were horny, into me and that was enough at the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:46 AM
5

they always have been. i grew up in the 80s-90’s and plenty of young girls where hooking up and most didn’t care about dating. i knew people that came of age in the mid/late 70’s and it was the same for them
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:41 AM

oh bother….
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/25 01:51 PM

this reminds me of a scene in Californicaion where Duchovny’s daughter gets caught kissing a boy at school. when the teacher said thats inappropriate behavior, the girl says “ how else do you get boys to like you”
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/25 01:35 PM

i wasnt disagreeing
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/25 01:15 PM

i’d never turn down sex from my woman. thats wrong. i can be ready in a heartbeat because no matter what i’m thinking at the moment, her eyes and style light me up instantly.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/25 01:07 PM

that use to happen to me in college classes. girls can be really forward when they find your attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/25 12:56 PM
2

call me weird but i like how forward women can be. i dont mind the double standard, its how the game was played growing up.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/25 12:33 PM
3

the kids in this one are fucked beyond repair man.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/25 12:24 PM

hard to say but i really think it was her overly sensitive clit and bad prior experiences, as i said, i started to go down on her and she stopped me the first time. just said oral on her isnt her end game. she likes piv and her finger on the button we're still together and she hasnt once said to go back and try, even after she explained what she liked and i got her there once. thanks for the conversation.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 08:30 PM

lol...i dont even know what that means! honestly have to say reverse cow girl wasnt a thing back in my active days.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 08:19 PM

oh i didn’t mean to imply anything. i meet a woman that told me before i ever tried, she didn’t want it. it was her thing. i think it was she sensitivity that gave her bad experiences and just didn’t want it. she taught me what she liked one night and it was not easy but made her cum. we just never went back to it, she didn’t care
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 08:10 PM

well thats a hellova thing, guys actually dont know where it is! that is funny actually. one thing in noticed is some woman really hate direct clitoral stimulation. the clitoral hood yes, but doooon't touch the little man in the boat. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 08:05 PM

age related then because none of my buddys over the age of 50 care about a womans twerkness skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 08:03 PM

moving their hips and finding rhythm during PIV is very much different than the trashy act of twerking. i have no desire to see some woman doing her best epileptic act in front of me
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 08:00 PM

imagine a guys surprise when he runs across a woman that doesnt like oral her! talk about getting a curve ball thrown at you! then you stay with them awhile and loose your skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 07:58 PM

when you say "could"....does that mean do it well? from what i see, woman are not a monolith when it comes to how they like and it needs to be communicated. otherwise we are driving blind and hoping for positive feedback. kinda like giving a bj i suppose. certainly not all women are good at that, probably in the 40-50% range.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 07:55 PM

thats uncalled for. its really not that attractive IMO and a byproduct of strip clubs.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 07:46 PM
2

the majority of my sexual experience with woman came in the 80's and 90's as ONS's and back then, i'd say ya, most where pretty meh in this department. they had no clue what to do, how to give a blow job, enthusiasm and how to get themselves off but to be fair i was lacking in the area of getting them off too. the internet and getting older has helped that alot. if i knew then what i know now! the number that stands out as remarkable is 5 or 6, out of 40ish.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 07:13 PM

i took that as 80% jackrabbit....we need clarification from her on that. i thought most guys eat pussy.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 06:57 PM
2

i've noticed that in watching tv with my gf. i'll make a comment about some naked guy and she's usually....ewww. it makes my laugh. partially she says its out of respect for me, which i find flattering but please dont deny yourself the pleasure you get from it.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 04:35 PM

of course short term is better for sex. the honeymoon phase is great but women seem to pull it off that sooner than men. isn’t sexual incompatibility or sexual disinterest one of the biggest reasons for divorce? i have no basis for that, just personal observation.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/25 01:16 PM
2

i’d agree with that expect men don’t always stay because they are afraid to be alone. for me, its more i didnt like change and thought things would smooth out. which is foolish because from what i see, once a woman is unhappy, there’s no coming back from that.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/25 01:05 PM
2

that somewhat mirrors what my 62 girlfriend said once. she was a huge avoidant all her life and had a lot of ugly failed male relationships. she tried the girl thing in 20’s with sex but no relationship as she got older, she said she thought about doing it again late in life if she couldn’t find the right guy but seeing her female friends and all their drama, you are very correct in your assessment IMO she thought a female relationship would be easier because of the same sex thought patterns.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/25 01:00 PM
1

or does drama just follow them like a shadow? when you say they like it, what’s your experience with that? we might be talking about the same thing, with different verbiage. most women i’ve known, whether in my married life or single life, did seem to always have something stupid going on with them. 30 years ago when i was young and single not so much. seems like drama crept in once they got married with children.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/25 12:09 PM
1

here's a spin.... to all the women here that say they care about a man's body count.....how do you feel when you get one of those inexperienced men and they cant figure out how to giv e you an orgasm? is that still ok? seems to me, women today are more obsessed with great sex than men are. just curious where the hypocrisy needle lies in this.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/25 04:53 PM

female attraction is a odd thing. ive had plenty of women come on to me out of the blue my whole life, teen years up in to my 50’s and i’ve been turned down by plenty of girls too. that brought me to the conclusion long ago there is no formula. i’ve had that conversation with my ex wife and current girlfriend, ive ask them if a certain guy is attractive and they said no and it always surprised me because i thought they were a good looking guy. looks hook of both them with me though, before i eve…

women like excitement. someone has to give it to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/25 02:54 PM

how does a man stature equate to being an alpha? and aren’t human part of the animal kingdom?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 05:37 PM

that’s pretty convoluted for my early morning brain. can you decode that for me?

if one is exploiting the vulnerable intentionally they have might have problems themselves?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 04:16 PM

not necessarily downhill but it’s a shallow existence purposely hooking up with vulnerable women just for the sake of his own validation. he’ll end up with nothing but misery in the end but that’s his choice, we’re only human. i don’t care much, just thinking out loud
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 04:06 PM

so your buddy was a predator that consciously seeked out girls with daddy issues. whatta a shallow existence. that’ll come home to roost someday.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 03:57 PM

i totally agree with that. its tough to have online conversation about with them around here too, they just dont get it and the web as ruinded them for socialization. sounds like you are old enough to remember what it was like to meet people in the wild. can't tell you how many girls i meet in college classes and it was great too. you got to know them a little face to face. not all turned in to dates and that was fine too. just making friends the old fashion way. my son just got out of college 3…

not stalking, just looking at your posts. alwasy nice to find sane people around reddit. on that graph, the spike seems to have happened right at covid. it certainly was a death blow to socialization. i've noticed is at the bars college kids go to, some have cross over ages with us old people. it took awhile for them to come back and still doesnt seem as crowded.

LOL..nice analogy! this woman said almost the same thing, said it was miserable finding a single guy in his 40's+ that was worth a shit. i didnt know alot of single guys when i was in my 40's since i was married then and most marreid guys hang with married guys, so i wouldnt know but we talked about it some and ya, she picked some bad ones. she's a good lady and is genuine and honest, just had some attachment and validation issues that probably interfered with her decision making process and wel…

same goes for women. dated one when she was 56 that had been single since mid-20's. a lifetime of fucking things up and poor choices but avoidants do that. she's all better now though.

“atleast he knows how to have fun” some women are addicted to bad men because they’re exciting and then find out bad men are bad for them? mainly the daddy issues types. its what they know.

a result of the industrial revolution? naw man, the internet might have been the turning point. as for guys having trouble getting a woman, that’s on them. too many people have lost touch with reality since the www came along. women became more self aware of their place and young men failed to grow into men, for lots of other reasons as well. sex has been around as long as humans have been.

this is what i tell all the guys that anguish over their ex..stop thinking about what they are doing and live for yourself. for one she’s not your woman anymore and someone else gets to deal her shit now. it may look like she’s having fun but we now how that goes. focus on yourself and the kids. go back to being the guy you were before you met her. good luck and don’t well on her. one thing i’ll add for you guys that ruminate on shit, i have a habit of that too with certain things in my relation…

dude you are there then! the only thing left is to wrap your head around being a free range male again. do what single guys do, roam. you sound a bit obsessed about being in another relationship…i get that. a lot of us want a meaningful relationship but by now, our age, the women are a whole other game from when we all started this game. it’s not like the movies out here, women at 40+ whether married before or now have their own closet of baggage and it ain’t easy navigating those muddy waters…l…

you shouldn’t think anything about what she’s doing. once the divorce was finial i never looked backed. hell, a month after she moved out, i started looking forward and yes she had a boyfriend when we were married but IDGAF because all i cared about was myself, my future, my happiness away from her you gotta stop thinking about what she’s doing and probably step back from dating until you stop the pity party about “no one wants to be with me”. women can sense that. don’t date until you are back …

she’s 56 now and was never super attractive anyway, sort of a 6-7ish on a good day but she was slim, fun, nice and motivated back then. havent see her face to face on purpose in 6 years but saw her in a parking lot 4-5 years ago, divorce wasn’t easy on her.

IMO, women run on emotion and feelings and tend to be more selfish in that regards. it’s all about them and i think they’re hardwired to get more rush from new sexual experiences than men do. maybe a validation thing, maybe not but the fact remains, they will punch out whereas a guy will stick with it and try to fix the problem. to me, they tend to be more demanding on how good the sex is too. they want the next best thing.
/r/Divorce_Men20/07/25 02:31 PM

great analogy and so accurate. when my ex pulled the plug i found out shorty after she had been fucking him and i think he meet her when she went to see our son in college. i thought that was a weird trip for her to take alone and she stayed at a hostel which was even more out of character XX’s have some fucked up hard wiring.

i’m 58 and a only child and a bit introverted as well but was only married 24 years with one son. none of that was a consideration when we split up. being an only for me means i’m really independent and don’t mind being alone. so you’re leaving just because of sex? do you get along otherwise? if so that’s a rough one, might want to rethink that. all the money that getting split and the dating world for us is…..oof….all the women out here are playing a game of musical chairs trying to find one th…

for starters, stop defining yourself by being with another person. you have to love yourself first, be who you are. the relationship grows from that but always be true to yourself. good luck and let it go, move on with friends and meet new women, just chose carefully and don’t jump into shit blindly. if you do get married again-prenup and make sure she pays her way

i had a non religious marriage because god is not something i take to seriously so….if someone wants out of this thing they call marriage, so fucking what. marriage is a construct of the church and state to control people. the contract i make with a woman is what counts and if we chose poorly, then its time to GTFO and find a better human to shack up with. its pretty simple really and i dont need an out side entity telling me what to do, thank you.

in my 24 year marriage, she cheated (no real proof but it happened and she admitted it later in divorce therapy), then i cheated on her year 13-14ish. i made amends and did everything she wanted, it was about sex not emotion. she never really got over it. then she cheated at the end. it’s over Jim.

that’s no joke right there. when i look back on the shady shit my ex did for the last 10 years, yep. at one point 3-4 years before she punched out, my dad was turning over his shares of the company he and i had (he was the majority shareholder holder) and my wife had 15% and was psychotically pissed that i didn’t put more shares in her name one transfer period. that was a huge red flag and i never had dad give her any shares again. i was thinking why does it matter when we’re married….OH YA! lol…

i shit canned my lawyer after almost 2 months of zero fucking activity and when his hot female assistant started flirting with me, trying to mentally manipulate me by confiding in her own relationship. i saw that as a hook technique. i repressed myself and was able to negotiate things directly with the ex, things i learned from the web and talking with others. my ex was pretty fair and easy to deal with over all though. it was a clean enough break.
/r/Divorce_Men29/05/25 04:50 PM

oof that’s brutal. no kids in your life i assume? my ex was going to move out of state with her affair dude but he saw the crazy pretty fast and moved alone. good luck to ya and live for yourself now, try to let go of the past.

seriously right! my ex watched the channel religiously and was so wrapped about romance but it was always a one way street and if i was “engaged” in the show it was a national crisis. any of that i tried to give was never reciprocated so i checked out on that shit. to be fair, she had no idea what a healthy relationship looked like. her parents where as dysfunctional as they come.

if you were a happy outgoing guy prior to that, go back to being that person. find things to do with friends and meet new women. there’s someone out there for everyone. we just have to find it. it’s like an easter egg hunt. lol

some are devastated and some are relieved with divorce. there is no magic cure for feeling the way you do so you’ll have to step out of that hate box and live in the moment. i wasnt terribly devastated but i stopped reflecting on the past and don’t really think about the future much other than financial security. my ex was toxic so D was like getting my prison sentence communed and that’s what i roll with now.

age range probably has a factor in all that. try being in your 50’s+ ! all those women are playing a game of musical chairs while their looks fade. most all them want to find that one man that will “take care of them” and “travel”. not all though. post divorce i hung out with a group of people that had a lot of divorced women 50+ and their list of wants was exhausting to hear about. i have zero contact with my ex of 24 years but i hear stories through family that she has no one in her life after…

my ex wife of 24 years was a huge daddy issues woman, should have seen that red flag shoved down my throat dating when she said “i only date guys my dad hates”….yaya i was fucking blind but anyway, she use to project her dad on things i did. and my response was always….hey i’m not your dad so so treating me like i am it didn’t defuse anything but it got her psycho ass off my back for the time being.

my marriage was probably worse than the divorce, divorce went pretty smooth and fast. so the marriage side, hell yes it was 2 years of ok and then 22 years of hell and i regret so much about settling down with her, marriage was her idea. i have a great son out of the deal but that is it, other than all the mental damage she inflicted with her BPD like behavior. thats taking some time to get over.

i never got in the market (found an old gf to hook up with) but my buddy…he was a hound on the apps. when he was 59-60ish he did tell me that women under 50 didn’t give him a second glance and he wasn’t a bad looking guy. super fit and healthy.

ya it’s tough with them. i’ve resigned myself to not having a true love with her, although it’s close. we live together 6 years now and she’s a good companion. i dont suspect it’ll change at this point. it just ebb’s and flows…in her words. 🙄 so i checkup on myself accordingly i have no good reason to break up with her and really don’t want to start over at 58 now.

oof, sorry to hear that. i had a buddy i cycled with and i started hangin with him and his girlfriend a lot. his woman happened to know my ex because they played tennis on the same team. that’s how i met them. she liked me way more than my wife so she took my side. introduced me to her single girlfriends and we partied a lot! lol. almost too much because she cozied up to me a bit too much but my buddy was cool with it, they did some swinging so….ya. i steered clear of that but it was an ego boos…

you’re still in shock phase. it’ll get better, as long as you want it too. find things you like to do, places to go, flirt with some woman. it took me about 2 months to come out of the blind side fog but it was mostly due to getting gutted financially. once i met another woman at that time i wrapped my head around being happier not married because she was a not a nice person. they all say to stay out of dating for awhile but i was so ready to leave that marriage i didn’t have than much mental ba…

i posted my story above with a fearful avoidant and just glad she isn’t a DA. those seems worse. i was new to attachment theory until 6 months ago. whatta eye opener. when i look back on girls i dated in college, there were more than a few. i seemed to be attracted to their initial love phase and everything that came with it. they too, seemed to be attracted to me because i didn’t attach to them and give them the flight response. i was really quiet and stoic back then. i think they like that kin…

yes yes and yes the lady i hooked up with after my D ended up being an FA with all the traits, love bombing, fantastic sex every other night etc and it was like that for 4 years. back then i was stoic and stand off’ish and never gave her much emotion or intimacy so she didn’t detach. then i started to fall for her and bam, there she goes disconnecting and the emotional inconsistency i dated her 30 years ago before i was married and didn’t see the patter then. we had a great connection then, just…

About 4 months into the divorce procedure my ex and i were sitting ftf discussing terms and out of no where she says….how are you so calm about all this Well let me tell ya honey….i had been fucking an old girlfriend from before my marriage and we were connected like crazy. i’ve only briefly scanned that ladys article before and i’ve never heard the info about mens sperm and i have a degree in genetics/molecular biology…i dont use it for my career however. i dont recall ever seeing anything that supports that but will look into it, always good to learn something new as for the biology of how men and women respond in relationships, i’ve always been a nature over nurture guy, mostly. so i tend to agree its how we are hardwired that drives us in those ways. most women…

i never had those thoughts of “ever finding love again” but your D is dragging on there, thats painful. after 2 months of mental angst i snapped back to normal like a rubber band one night and all i could think about was how happy i was i didnt have to come home the ex anymore. she moved out asap, like day 2 of telling me she wanted to split up.

i’m a similar situation you to yours and 58 now so kids arent a deal anyway, i had a vasectomy too. meeting women now makes me leering of their motives a bit. i too have a decent business, nice house etc and we all see how women shop men for financial security. current gf is one i dated 30 years ago so i have more faith and shes good to me. at this point thats all i ask…nice, pleasant to be around, takes care of herself, loyal and likes still sex. i’ll take care of her as long as there is status…

good point. a well balanced man in a relationship is the leader. to many of us give that up when things start to go sideways. then is a downward spiral into being a complete door matt that she wipes her feet on every chance i noticed that in my marriage and changed back to being myself a few years prior to her cheating and leaving. i think she knew she lot control when i stopped caring about her and her bs.
/r/Divorce_Men07/04/25 06:48 PM

nope, let it go and start working on yourself and healing. she’s done. as for counseling, she’s right. it did nothing for my marriage because the ex was never wrong and refused to listen to any therapist

geeze you had it rough too, probably more so. the ebb and flow in marriage is exhausting. we dated and broke up before we got married too. we lived in different cites for the last 2 years of college and dating looking back i should have never been with her. i was always out trolling for new stuff when we lived apart. that should have been my signal. just to young and dumb. and oddly enough, one of those girls from those days was single when i got divorced and we got back together, 6 years now. s…

That part about the feeling of a new man has to be the strongest driver. We all like that rush but women seem to be more addicted to it. Maybe its the biological drive. In my case, i think my ex lost respect for me right way, year 2-3 maybe when after college i skipped looking in my field and went into construction hvac and then mechanic repair. I like to do stuff and a lab rat job didnt fit me. She got her job in lab and was doing well but i think i was an embarrassment to her with all her cowo…

actually i’m not bitter much at all but yes, alot here have some pretty substantial baggage. i’m actually thankful my ex decided to pull the plug but i coulda done without the AF and her bullshit mentally along the way. its just odd to see women post here and wonder about motives.

good and if she can’t accept it maybe just move on. she might have so unresolved issues of her own she needs to address.
/r/Divorce_Men06/04/25 01:59 PM

step up, be assertive and take control, if thats your thing. in my mind, women like that in a man. it shows confidence. atleast any woman i want to be with if they want to be in control i’ll pass on that attitude. my ex was that and it didnt work for us.
/r/Divorce_Men06/04/25 01:26 PM
1

thats sound reasoning really. especially the white knighting shit men do. i think alot of guys have that “fixer” mentality and they can’t not try to help women. its like they use that as their main attraction for themselves, when they have nothing else to offer.
/r/Divorce_Men06/04/25 12:40 PM
3

oh look….another female trolling around. can you honestly say you make decisions based on logic and facts and not on impulsive feelings ? women dont operate on the level as men but thats not a misogynistic slam, its the differences btw us. men have a harder time with emotions.

gotta agree there. married women or ones in LTR living with men, shoulded be hanging out at bars extensively with single girlfriends. thats a recipe for disaster is said women is the slightest bit unhappy.

everyones situation with their ex is unique. not sure i’d go and i was married for 24 years but i’m not the normal feelings kinda guy and she doesnt deserve it. she never respected me so she gets nothing from me now. role reversal though, if my current woman wanted to go see her dying ex-husband from her 20’s (i know plenty about him as well) i might look at her differently after that.

no i wasnt taught. it do thing because its what i wanted to do. i tend to disagree with all this “taught” behavior on both sides. like women are taught to be people pleasers and yadda yadda. some do it because thats just who they are but i’m more of a natural over nurture kinda guy.

i would have stopped talking after the first sentence and focus on myself end of talking she doesnt need any other words from you. as everyone here has said, play it cool and dont fawn over her, dont give her reason to think you care. just move on with your life. she was done long ago. my ex yo-yo’ed for a few months and it drove me nuts, only to realize she was maneuvering. my 20 year old son saw her maneuvering and came to my house one day about 2-3 months into separation and he said to me…”yo…

so what exactly is the issue with you two? your awfully young and new to the game to be that jacked up already but i’d be a hypocrite if i said my marriage was any good when i was 31 and 2-3 years into it. lol

thats probably worse than my deal. it was easy to recover because i regained my sanity fast.

mine left after 24 years and had found and AP. her reason was because she needed to be with someone that loved her and respected her. she wasnt wrong, i had neither but not for lack of trying. she never put any effort into it on a consistent basis. its was always a one way street with her and she was not able to truly feel emotions IMO. she constantly belittled me in front of friends. was withdrawn of feelings over all. i did everything i could but it was never enough. sound familiar?
/r/Divorce_Men28/02/25 08:25 PM

atleast you can take comfort in knowing this has nothing to do with you. seriously. she is one messed up individual to live such a double life and do it so perfectly without remorse. i assume she was an accomplished liar the whole time.

ya 3 weeks ago but how long was he with her? how did come up with other affairs from her?
/r/Divorce_Men25/02/25 08:52 PM

wtf!? how did he know that and how long was he with her? she sounds like she has some cluster B personality disorders traits going on. no one normal does that shit. my ap dude was an acquaintance casually through the ex and her tennis group. he wasnt even cool to me and his hitting on her was obvious from shit i saw and she told me about dating conversations with him. i kind of ignored it and was subconsciously hoping he’d tale her off my hands. lol.

craziest story i’ve heard yet, other than the dude whos ap called to rub it in be calm and do not act on impulse.

i ask my self that question every day. it was the worst lapse of judgment in my entire life. everything was wrong and i was stupid. wasnt in love. we didnt share common interests much. she pushed me into marriage at 29 and i could have gone another 10 years without being married. certainly wasnt ready but was also not clued in to life at all.

of course they do exist but not every beta male is a cuck looser. those are a notch down from there. wtf do you think military leaders are? not ever man had the ability to lead. those are alphas. beta’s are just more followers. not necessarily a bad thing either. any guy i consider to be an alpha is also NOT a brash asshole. those loud mouth mf’ers are low self esteem dudes.

geeze that crazy though, you dont feel anything sexual for her? is she not an overtly sexual woman? thats what helped me, current woman is super sexualized so it got me back into that way of thinking. just took awhile for it to sink in. if you arent adverse to it and she’s cool, smoke some weed. lol. as for now, ya we are good but she is a bit of a daddy issues woman and has some baggage when it comes to how relationships should operate but i’ve learned how to work with that and use it to make u…

my son was out of the house and i had zero contact. funny thing is, me exwife knows this lady from our college days. i did double time with them! wife hated her, girlfriend thinks its a hoot she got me back but ya, getting back to a normal healthy sex life was hard. my frame of reference was all fucked up…expectations, process, procedure, the new older woman do’s and don’ts etc took me a year or so more to get tuned into her. she was a completely different partner than the ex and my head needed …

oh ya similar. at 52 years old i was getting done with 24 years of a sexless hell marriage and then into one with a woman i dated before marriage that was a sexual super hero. took me about 1-2 years to get my sex drive back.

my 24 year marriage blew up in one night. no warning signs. no conversation prior. come to find out, she was fucking her tennis partner for a year. so ya, women do crazy shit out of the blue you need to stop the contact and get the claimed DV shit under control. dont do anything that gives her fuel for the fire. that was the best advice i got from a buddy that went thru D a few years before me. i know its hard when there are no warning signs but you have to just accept it at face value and move …

first things first here….you called the cops because she touched you in an argument? ok second, you dont have kids, its no big deal, she is done and you need to accept that. move one man. once a woman tells you she’s done, she’s been done for a long time.
/r/Divorce_Men22/02/25 04:09 AM

ya no. she’s done by now. dont belittle yourself by chasing her. it won’t work like you think it will seriously though, you two obviously have problems so why so much love for her?

ah well you still have a road ahead of road then but start now. are you going out and doing things for yourself yet? you should and leave the dark cloud over your head at home. hopefully you have some friends to hang with. i was lucky to have a cycling buddy and his woman to hang with. lots of partying and crazy times with them. they were a life saver for me that summer.
/r/Divorce_Men16/02/25 03:03 PM

first off, let go of her and any thoughts you have that press on your brain. focus on yourself online seems like a shit show. if you drink, hit the town with a buddy and find some bars where women are. catch and release. or just be a free range male and ride it out until the opportunity comes along. now that you are free, its easy to flirt.

of better yet, let go of her and stop thinking that way. if thats all you’re thinking about while you are with her, then she’ll pick up on that. if you change your mindset and are there for the kids, ignore her, stop trying to make her like you again….she’ll know you moved on. so move on. going thru divorce about 5-6 months after she moved out i was sitting down negotiating terms and details with the ex. my ex stops the conversation and says…”how are you so calm about all this?” why, i’ll tell y…

divorce is bitch to deal with mentally for your sexual well being. the pills only help for physical ed. trust me, i know! i had some ed creep in last year, cialis turned all that around but my head has to be in the game and my current women doesnt always help that. shes a bit of a head case and plays some games that makes me disconnect so its hard to get aroused at times. morning wood confirms that.
/r/Divorce_Men10/02/25 04:01 PM

thats pretty normal. i had a chance at sex about 3 months after mine moved out and it wasnt even an interesting though, which i think back now and a wow, how did i pass in that!? even a year later with a great woman, i had to think myself into it. it’ll pass. get your head cleared out and be happy with yourself, it’ll come back.
/r/Divorce_Men10/02/25 03:48 PM

i’m confused why you care so much about working it out. you dont sound like you like her much. so you have anything in common? if you dont have kids, maybe just move on. if she made an account she probably found a guy somewhere and the. wants to be nice nice later? she’s all ready cheated.

intersectional feminist…thats a new term so did you enjoy the causal hooks up that accompanied that era? when there were no preconceived notions of dating, just fwb, orgasm. did you do it because you just wanted to have sex with a guy? i saw plenty of that. some girls wanted more but they didnt fall apart if it didnt work out. same with the guys. we all kept moving forward. anyway, thats the difference i see know. there is so much stigma attached to sex. all the guys with their extreme porn expe…

changed now? the last 20 years? feminism and social media explosion. the interconnected nature of humans outside their of what we had at our fingertips. i think young girls got too many dopamine dumps from attention online and they put unrealistic demands on young guys. i think young men have lost good father figures too. to an extent. too much divorce roast me now.

smile and walk away knowing she is NOT your problem to solve anymore! seriously, be happy you dont put anymore thought into this. my ex had similar traits as yours, a new boyfriend and was a fucking dumpster fire for awhile, probably still is but we dont talk at all. like twice in 5 years now. i simply dont want to. my son was all ready out of the house when we split so that made it easy.
/r/Divorce_Men03/02/25 01:44 PM
6

it was the same for me when i was married, 24 years and just one son. once we split up, my attitude did a 180 and i stopped being her punching bag. i went back to the man i was before her bullshit mental abuse. you should be taking pleasure in triggering her now. from your comment there, shes obviously is a control freak and misses pushing you around. i really wonder how that new guy is dealing with her. he might be getting tired of it all ready and she needs someone to abuse.
/r/Divorce_Men03/02/25 01:41 PM

nope. that’s all you need to do. nothing more. she’s playing some mind game on you, trying to get you in too close to them. made to inflict pain down the road. she could even be having problems with him and shes stirring the pot. she’s not your supervisor anymore. do what YOU think is right.

my head wasnt right for sex for awhile. it takes alot of mental improvement for sex after divorce. pills wont help if your head is a dumpster fire. i’ve had success and failure on drugs and booze so its not that. its always in my head. being 58 and having a touch of BPH got my into cialis which helped alot but i still have to feel good about the relationship and myself. women will definitely take it personally no matter what they say. its amazing how they are about that.

you two shouldnt be talking about personal your lives and you really need to let her go asap. she’s not with you anymore and if you keep holding onto something that isnt there, its going to eat you alive. dwelling on the past will destroy you. someone sent me a passage from a self help book about that. the gist was: you can’t live in the past or the future because those are beyond your control. you can only live in the moment. of course you can learn from the past but dont dwell there it helped …

mostly agree with that but not all women have that view, especially 20-30 years ago. today seems to be a different story.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/25 01:42 PM

you claim to be a promiscuous woman and that seems to be in contradiction to your comment. wouldnt a promiscuous woman want to fuck for the act itself, without love and commitment. thats my interpretation of that
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/25 01:40 PM

i agree, sex creates a bond and being in love with someone makes for a pretty good feeling after sex people are desensitized to breaking the bond? what if they weren’t in love? i dont really get your point. sorry
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/25 01:36 PM

well thats where your issue lies then, not being able to separate sex from love. not saying you are wrong or bad, just that it makes it more difficult to navigate. i can’t relate to that myself though.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/25 01:25 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 02:27 PM

that part about not changing someone thought, if one person had a personality that comes of as incompatible with the other, is it unreasonable to try and meet in the middle? struggling with this now. we have a fairly sizable difference in how affection is given out. i am starting to see that we are not super compatible in this way and its hard for both of us to understand the other’s position and live with it. i dealing with a woman that is most likely a pretty strong FA

i’ve always said women need to be kept on their toes in a relationship. never let them think that you are 100% vested or better yet, dont let yourself fall into that whole mentality. maintain your identity and independence. there needs to be a doubt in their mind if you really care and love them. they need the chase. once they have caught you, its game over maybe i need to find a women with a better attachment style. to many are damaged goods and it makes them this way.

the ED pops up here on reddit alot on certain subs. its frickin weird and too many guys play it off but psychological ED is real. sex and dating was so simple and easy back in the 80’s 90’s. today is seems so complicated and messy.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 01:02 PM

thats kinda what i thought plus a little extra, thanks for your insight, i do appreciate that. i think men are a little more simple when it comes to what they feel is great sex. women seem to be more complex about it. your posts do help me understand my current gf better though, you seem about like her, in what drives you. i’ll use that to improve for her! she is most certainly a 10/10 at everything for me so i have alot of motivation to improve.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:58 PM
1

i’ve seen that! and half of them have ED from it. thats just crazy when i talk about this with my girlfriend and tell her young dudes in their 20’-30’s can keep boners she’s shocked. she had plenty of partners and never expected that. i certainly didnt have that issue either.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:50 PM
3

well…we are older, 50’s. i really have to keep most things here in that frame of reference. whats going on today, didnt apply for my generation. as for bj’s on first dates….there was never that expectation back when i was young.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:41 PM
2

hey… thats my line, ok and you seem a little cranky. maybe ease up on the throttle a bit.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:36 PM
4

that statement….men should take that more into account. it took me a while to wrap my head around that concept.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:30 PM
5

your comment: women have sex for reasons other than orgasms that is a good question for debate that i’d like to hear women chime in on. i’ve experienced this and sometimes i think about it too much and then decide its not worth my mental effort trying to figure it out, but i have a pretty good idea.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:19 PM
2

how many time have you experienced this? or is it just speculation?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:12 PM

arguing with RP guys here is like is like rowing up stream. i’m not sure any of them have had a women before.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:08 PM
4

ya i see what you are saying and can agree. one woman i was with put alot of pressure on herself to perform to a level that gave me satisfaction. if she didnt think i was satisfied with “her sex” she got really hurt. she took one comment i made wrong and boy was she chapped. and i thought guys had sexual insecurities! it just so happens she was fantastic at sex
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:04 PM

that made me laugh out loud. dont think i’ve ever heard that before. i know a woman that could actually do that. after while of piv and she knew i was getting close the vibrator came out and she was there in a 30-60secs. depending on how drunk she was.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 11:54 AM
5

if you dont mind me asking….sounds like “best sex” might involve something other than actual sex for you then? a mental connection?

i didnt take it as an attack at all. i just said it was a blanket bc you said “women dont want to have sex all the time”. isnt that just your own personal feelings? i certainly know women that like sex as much as their oversexed men partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 09:11 PM

i meant for your experience.

are they? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 08:54 PM

aren’t you making a blanket statement there? i know plenty of women not like you.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 08:52 PM

most of them are not who they pretend to be.

only thing i can agree with there is the second to last paragraph…about married men. its disgusting to see happen to otherwise good dudes. been there and that for a while.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 08:49 PM

i think you overdosed on the red pill
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 04:20 PM

i think we see that written alot from men on the various sex related topics around here. are you experiencing different results in the dating world?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 02:41 PM
1

been 5 year since D day and didnt love her anyway. lately i fell in love or love-light as it might be because i am a bit guarded but only because she is someone i dated and sorta loved before i was married and shes been amazing. tells me she loves me all the time and how lucky shes is. i cant say that i’d be devastated though if she left. hurt yes but i have a pretty tough hide nowdays. i like the good things women have to offer so i’m not throwing in the towel.
/r/Divorce_Men11/01/25 10:22 PM

oh sure there were good looking enough but there are clues to keep you from getting hooked up with crazy that will help your mental heath. every man should nail a few crazies. just keep it catch and release style.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/25 03:26 PM

thats over simplified but good luck out there. all i have to say is if i knew then….
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/25 03:07 PM

well maybe with enough talk on the web like this young guys will be in the lookout for crazy bitches with daddy issues. me and black phillip discussed our crazy BPD women the other day and what he says mirrors my exwife and a maybe even a another gf i had. the sex is always hot with them at first. same with FA women too but they are easier to spot. look at their father relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/25 02:49 PM
2

geezus you guys and your blanket statements. to me it more applicable to “in the relationship” phase but also OP makes it sound like its a set in stone rule. i can’t pretend to know what makes girls wanna go out and get laid….oh wait….they like sex too! whatta a concept. the gate keeper stuff comes later once they fuck you and maybe want a relationship. thats when the dance happens. if the guys keeps up his end and plays the romance game, she rewards him with sex the idea that this raises their …
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/25 02:42 PM

sick isnt it? i actually helped one of my good buddies out with his keeper after my divorce. he went through a rough patch and thought it was his turn to join the club gave him some pointers and told him this will either kill your marriage or she will see you took you balls back. it worked. she’s been knocked down and doesnt bust his balls as much and i see him standing tall now.
/r/Divorce_Men10/01/25 07:35 PM
2

those days are behind me. my currently woman does have daddy issues with abandonment and validates through sex but i can live with that!
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 07:30 PM
1

20-30 years ago women were very much proactive. they could have had daddy issues and used sex to validate too though. good possibility there, thinking back on them or maybe not. thats just you doing you.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 07:25 PM
1

uh no, most of the women i’ve had sex with chose me and forced the action. not that it tool any effort on their part. i was always a willing victim.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 07:22 PM
2

geezus thats crazy. he dad was an asshole, mom was checked out on him big time. i had another girlfriend before that, that claimed her dad forced sex too and later i got to know him and it was pretty evident it was a lie. fucking bpd people, they are like a virus
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 07:19 PM
2

its all behind me but when i came to the conclusion she was bpd, it made everything right in my head. it wasnt me. i should have seen the massive red flag when we first got together….see said she only dates guys that her dad disapproves of. he hated me but i think he hate most guys. she claims to have been SA’ed by him too but no one else in the family would own up to that. mom, brother.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 07:13 PM

ya pretty much my experience. the majority of hook ups/sex was initiated by women with little or no input from me. they just know what they wanted, they want tommy the cat.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 07:08 PM
3

that BPD thing made my head spin….it describes my exwife to a T. didnt realize it back then, not until we divorced and i started doing alot of work on myself. she cheated twice and never owned up to anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 07:05 PM
1

thats because those type of guys are their own mental problems. no normal guy wants a door matt. thats gross and pathological
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 02:16 PM
1

you mean door mats? you dont mind a door matt type?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 02:15 PM
2

hell, i’m 58 years old, been married, had sex with over 40 women in my life time AND thats why i’m here….to get more insight into women. i dont pretend to understand 100%, i do understand a few things though…that women are different than men and they work on different metrics. thats what so much fun, i love the thrill of the chase.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 02:12 PM
1

depends on the guy from what i see. some of my male friends are not very sexual and not always on the hunts, they can be friends with women without thinking sex the other 70% of us can be friends too but if the woman wants to get horizontal we will oblige. or we are working them until they get interested.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 02:07 PM
1

can imagine the social debauchery if women were wired exactly like men in regards to casual sex!!! honestly though, growing up as a teen in the 80’s was damn close. there was a decent number of girls just as eager to get laid as boys where and without any strings attached. obviously not the same numbers of guys wanting sex, maybe half but it was totally sufficient to make for a great time to be a teen if you werent a dork.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 01:58 PM
1

thats a small percentage of men that do that and those men are probably not able to land a normal woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 01:53 PM
2

would that work the same for tv actors? meaning, if you see a good looking actor doing his role is that the same as just a picture? where you’d need to actually be around his socially to know if he’s do’able? or his is role acting enough? because how many women have i heard say….”oh he’s so hot i’d fuck him”. even my 62 year old girlfriend says she woulda banged a young johnnie depp without thought back in the day. she’s a bit a sex fiend though and sex was a sport for her or something like that…
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 01:48 PM
2

i dont think it happened in my 24 year marriage, there was nothing in her head to touch. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 01:30 PM
1

thats really person dependent. same with guys but to a lesser extent.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 01:41 AM
3

as a guy, i’ve experienced that phenomenon. touching a mind is good thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 01:40 AM

well this was back in the late 1980’s and the professor has been around the block with a life time of experience, not just an academic type. she had a crazy text book with all kinds of generic abnormalities and studies and i recall that number being high. i’m sure there has been some suppression of facts the last 30 years. i wouldnt trust a google search and its AI answer too much. lol

god made men but sam colt made men equal.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/25 01:40 PM

no, alpha males are not always maniacal sociopaths. there are plenty of alphas that are level headed and calm. the outwardly aggressive types are probably not true alpha but they are strong enough and big enough to be bullies so they flex on people trying to be dominant, when if fact they are probably insecure. this whole idea that alphas dont exists in humans is silly, if you also believe the structure exists in nature
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/25 01:29 PM
1

actually….prisons are full of XYY chromosome, so called super males. highly aggressive and low impulse control types. the extra Y gives them too much testosterone and they are unfit for a civilized society learned that in a human hereditary class on Mendelian genetics in college. its not something that is widely talked about.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/25 01:19 PM
2

i agree with the guy above here. if what you said is the extent of it, thats hardly a cause for divorce but a symptom of a bad marriage. dont let all the virtuous ones here calling you a POS get you down. some need to consider walking a mile in a mans shoes first. i saw your old post about depression. guessing you never got a handle on that?
/r/Divorce_Men09/01/25 12:28 PM
2

if she is the one wanting out of the marriage, do not move out of your house….can not be stated enough.
/r/Divorce_Men09/01/25 04:18 AM
2

not sure yet huh?
/r/Divorce_Men09/01/25 03:14 AM
2

are you actually going thru divorce?
/r/Divorce_Men09/01/25 12:41 AM
1

beating someone to a pulp is not the definition of an alpha. its a mind set, not a physical trait.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 06:38 PM
2

also, people tend to put outwardly aggressive men into the alpha category and that is a misjudgment. the true alpha leader types i know are not aggressive aholes.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 06:36 PM
1

i like how you think, it lines up well with my perspective. men and women most definitely work on different mechanisms but some just dont want to believe that.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 04:16 PM

i dont care how much woman makes. i care about what she brings to the table.

if you replace the word money with resources, it fits and works
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 04:05 PM
2

your last sentence is interesting to hear. can you elaborate more on that?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 03:55 PM
2

yes agreed a bit crass but the harsh reality. its not even how many times, its a “fashion” or the way she likes, that gives her something inside. its complicated and weird with this one. sex is just the icing on the cake for her. i’m her carnal attraction man before that.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 03:06 PM
5

on a the sex part…for women that sex its important to them too and they like it, yes. if you are fucking them to their satisfaction, they turn into something special. i’ve seen that in my current situation. had a rough patch of sex that changed our dynamic for a bit. once i fixed that, it was back to having my sex kitten. thats seems true for all ages of women, from my experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 02:39 PM
1

yes i agree. its a messed up situation for that poor kid.
/r/Divorce_Men07/01/25 11:06 PM
1

ok i think i see where you’re coming from
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 06:49 PM
4

1 and 2 are too absolute and the fighting part throws me off. so a woman wants an overly aggressive man thats can’t keep his cool? those women might have some deeper issues. its one thing to stand your ground and be confident in your masculinity but to be outwardly aggressive is a disturbed mind.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 06:21 PM

i tend to agree with you on all that. especially the men numbers and so many of these topics are so skewed towards the modern experiment. i have a hard time relating to their thoughts.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 05:49 PM
2

a true alpha male doesnt run around being a dick and fighting. those are wannabe’s trying to prove who they arent. too much gray in this topic
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 05:46 PM
0

there’s alot of gray area in between these 2 types and doesnt lend itself to how men really are. does being a #1 work well for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 05:35 PM
-1

have you experienced that?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 05:31 PM
1

i wouldnt want to be with a woman that likes the highs and lows. thats manic depressive behavior. not sure what kinda man wants to be a #1 type. those guys are assholes from my POV as a guy. fighting all the time, ya thats cool 2 seems like the logical choice but not so vanilla, a camry? thats a low testosterone guy. any guy “trying” to be someone he’s not is lying to himself and everyone around him and easy to spot. seems more like a question women should be answering or am i missing your point…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 05:30 PM

good observation!
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 04:27 PM

for a male over 14 years old to have a “toy” collection feels like he hasn’t progressed to manhood. not saying we cant enjoy childhood items but the brain needs to develop and if he’s having constant 3 month relationships that appear to be highly focuses on money and trinkets…i dunno, maybe i’m reading too much into that. is he just collecting shiny objects?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 04:17 PM

right as rain my friend. was married for 24 years and d-day was 5 years ago. i’ve learned more about myself, women and relationships in those 5 years than i knew my life before. makes things sooo much easier now.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 03:08 PM

i know a guy thats about 48-50 years old and had never had a relationship last more than 6-12 months. either he finds fault where it doesnt exist or the women dumps him because he acts like a child. i’ve seen it and its was disgusting. as for women running the show after a few years….that happens in unhealthy relationships. those men need to chose better or eject. fixing it is not the best option.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 01:51 PM

i think there is some nature to take into account and yes men seems to be subservient to women in relationships to an extent but we have our reasons. if you look at animal packs, canines, the big cats, apes….i think there is always an alpha male and female. while the male runs the show over the males, the females runs her crew but when the alphas are together, the female runs that and males submit. i see it my dogs actually too. the female will run the show over a larger male on certain things t…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 01:39 PM

good stance to take! thats always the way. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 01:33 PM

i dont think that computes. i know guys that were not raised in that fashion still become doormats. there is a different mechanism in play there, not based on no father at home.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 01:32 PM

that brings up an interesting point…what about women that have avoidant attachment issues? specifically ones where they have abandonment and intimacy issues based on daddy. are they sabotaging the relationships because a guy gets to close? maybe some of those guys where good choices but she pushes them away bc of her fears. or are they choosing men poorly because they are trying to fill a void? and once they realize that sex and lust phase is over and the the man proves he’s a POS, she moves on …
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 01:25 PM

seems to be alot of delusional young men here that arent navigating women and relationships well. the females however, seem pretty squared away, mostly.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 01:15 PM

a transformer collection? this might have insight to your relationship issues.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 01:06 PM

both your posts sound a bit like my life experience actually. i agree on the being heard and standing up part and it lead to divorce but that was the only logical conclusion for us. at first i tried to hard to make her happy and i know now, that wasnt my job. she wasn’t a happy person inside. then when i realized it was draining me, i went back to my core beliefs and was happy with myself and let her swim on her own. she couldnt handle loosing control over me and left the marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/25 01:02 PM
