And yet all the major dietetics and health organizations in the world agree that vegan and vegetarian diets are just as healthy as omnivorous diets, and may provide health benefits. Raw vegan is a whole other story for sure though.

Sure you have to get a B12 supplement, but with the help of lentils, chickpeas, beans, tofu, cashews, chia seeds, ground linseeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, kale and other leafy greens, raisins, quinoa, oats mushrooms, potatoes, olives, etc. iron really shouldn't be a concern for the average person on a plant-based diet.
