You already have reproductive rights.

If women can't get abortions then a lot more will struggle to feed their kids, and that is DIRECTLY the fault of men in government, and any man abandoning their kids. Repealing abortion hurts everyone and trying to co opt the issue to make it about financial abortion is honestly disgusting (again, not the same thing logically) .

Paying child support is not the same thing as being forced to birth a child. Avoiding child support is not the same thing as an abortion because there is still a LIVING CHILD who needs to eat, who will not be able too because of their POS dad. Reproduction is not equal, and you can't make it equal by enforcing what women do with their bodies.

Once again, that article does not relate to biology. I'm done wasting my time on this shit. You are incorrect and citing things without actually analyzing them, if you had, you would notice that none of the authors from the study are biologists and it sounds like they were using data from some type of survey from technical manuals. Nonetheless, I can't even access the whole article to get further in depth. Sounds like your emotions are telling you a version of the facts that you're trying to bac…

That article demonstrates the current impact of Scandinavia's egalitarian policies and acknowledges that there is still a gender divide in various jobs, but it still proves nothing about biology. I asked specifically what aspect of "biology" makes women less likely to chose dirty jobs, and you can't point to anything specific. Don't go around talking about "biological facts" if you can't actually answer the question.

Women don't chose "dirty" jobs because of biology. That's some bullshit dude. What part of "biology" prevents me from being a waste disposal worker?

I'm a cat lover but let's not go overboard here, cats are well-known to have caused a great amount of environmental damage. They're even classified as an invasive species in many places. Cats should really be kept inside, it's better for them and for the environment overall.

It makes me sad how badly these women need feminism

I don't really like comparing things to 60 years ago. The image of the 1950's housewife was still very much expected from women. We shouldn't be considered either "tragic harlots" or squeaky clean housewives because of our sexual behavior. The modern day has problems, definitely, but I would still take now over 60 years ago.

He really does. Ultimately, I appreciate gestures that mean something whether they're on a significant day or not. My ex would write me wonderful, adorable, funny cards all the time and surprise me with small gifts, but he didn't support me where it counted. He didn't help with housework unless asked, but didn't want to move into an apartment so there would be less to clean. He didn't have a job (his parents supported him so his share of rent was always paid, but still, it was frustrating), and …

He has always thought of something amazing so far. For example, we recently had our anniversary, and I hadn't really planned on going anywhere but he took us on a surprise date to one of our favorite restaurants known for house-made hot sauces and great Latin food (I am a hot sauce fiend). I wasn't expecting this because restaurants have just barely opened up in our state and he said it was just an "evening walk," which we do frequently anyway. At first he acted like he was heading to the mall f…

No, but Valentine's day is not a priority for me. I know he won't ignore me and probably cook a nice dinner or something, but after a point I don't want anymore grand gestures. We're not wealthy anyway and I would rather he save his money.

I mean I've never cared to celebrate Valentine's day. For one, it's right after both Christmas, my birthday, and my boyfriend's birthday so I'm really wanting to cut out sugar by the time it happens. I've never liked flowers (absolutely nothing wrong with expecting at least flowers for Valentine's though). And the restaurants will always be busy and crowded so I'd rather go out to eat on just about any other day. And finally, I feel like it's designed at least in part to make single people feel …

I actually experience this lately with my current boyfriend. I'm gonna take it as a good sign. :-)
