5 Years without her. It wasn't fault because I was stupid after nearly 40 years of marriage I pretty well dream about her every night, I have chronic depression and anxiety and considered untreatable although on medication. Go for it. Yes thousands of dollars. But because she is a liar she will rise again to cause problem go with forensics which will hamper from harming you again and your kids will when old enough will know the truth. She has set herself up for a very big fall. It’s worth the money. If she was an agreeable Ex, working with you and the judges and ensuring the best for your kids, then maybe not.

Yes, get a lawyer for yourself and look at the retainer rate I mean, don’t cheap out but get one that you can afford retainer rate if you can and don’t be afraid to have a woman lawyer because sometimes women lawyers are actually better for men. And don’t feel bad for your ex don’t give him two things she wants or if she shirts her cried during sessions between lawyers or emailing you. All I can say is, I count myself as one of the many here that has been screwed over by societal beliefs that women no matter the circumstance is entitled to 50% or more than what a man has and if a man complains, a lot of women and groups of people will say well they eithertook care of you or help take care of you or they raised your children or you must’ve taken advantage of them somehow and this is making up for all that time

Yes, my wife had an emotional affair, and a physical one. I don’t know for sure. But that hurts and totally get why people burn, delete pictures of their exes it’s basically a purging of the soul.

That’s a great idea. And as my ex says, we did have some good times. Which just kills me when she says that, because it is true, but I miss her a fair bit at the same time I know that it is best that we are divorced.

Sadly true, I have seen that in myself. My spouse is getting half of my pension, and half of government pension. Our kids are grown up and on their own with families.
