| 9 | 50/50My dad is a divorce lawyer and I went to watch 1 day of one of the more interesting trials where the parents were in different states and custody had to be set and the mother was a huge bitch and everyone was made to see that. In the end she won and 2 of the jurors when asked why they decided that was said " she really wasn't that bad of a mother" meaning it was just assumed mom would have the children unless dad was super fucked up since the kids were so young.
