There's a lot of women on dating apps who aren't interested in dating at all. They made their profile for the sole purpose of promoting their Instagram (i.e. gaining more followers). You can usually recognize them from a description like: "I'm not very active here, write me on Instagram". Women who are on dating apps to really get to know someone usually have something about themselves in their bio, not just "follow me on IG"

No no, you got this all wrong. The women in that subreddit are all QUEENS, looking for a High Value Male, who is worthy of their attention.

Nah. A bit over 43% percent of US American adults are obese. The percentage of adults that are overweight or obese is at over 60.

See your first mistake was going on Twitter and being surprised when you're met by a bunch of crazy people.

I just downvoted your comment. FAQ What does this mean? The amount of karma (points) on your comment and Reddit account has decreased by one. Why did you do this? There are several reasons I may deem a comment to be unworthy of positive or neutral karma. These include, but are not limited to: Rudeness towards other Redditors, Spreading incorrect information, Sarcasm not correctly flagged with a /s. Am I banned from the Reddit? No - not yet. But you should refrain from making comments like this i…

Aren't people who call others "bootlickers" typically leftists? In my country only far left idiots use that term, the right are usually pro police.

You don't have to be a simp to think that calling someone a "fucking stupid bitch" and "attention whore" is way overboard. The dude is either a troll or he's got some serious insecurities.

The thing is, we can't even be sure that's really a woman. Could be some dude pretending to be a woman.

It kind of is, though. You have to be really well informed before traveling to another country, if you're not 100 percent sure, that you will be treated fairly. For example: If you're having business relations in Saudi Arabia and they didn't like you at all and want to do you dirty, they will meet you at your hotel before you head to the airport and present to you a bottle of really fine alcohol as a gift. Now inside the hotels alcohol is allowed for foreigners as an exception, but outside of ho…

No, people are most certainly not allowed to lash out once in a while. I have a zero tolerance policy for that. If you lash out at me for no reason, don't expect me to give any fucks about your problems anymore. I am a very kind and helpful person, but I will not tolerate people lashing out at me, I am not a doormat. I also don't lash out at people for no reason because I am not an asshole. If I am having a really bad day or I'm angry about something, I'll curse at my computer or just mumble cur…

If you're having a bad day and you're lashing out at other people because of it, you're just an asshole. Everybody can have a bad day, but that doesn't give you the right to treat others badly.

What you said makes sense. I haven't done Fluid Mechanics yet, so I definitely don't know any better. I'm doing it is semester though. Thank you for explaining it to me :)

But since a larger man would not only have a longer upper body but also longer legs, the increase in moment resulting from a bigger lever from head to S should be roughly equaled out by the increase in moment resulting from the also bigger lever from toes to S. S meaning the center of gravity. I think the only important factor here is the surface. If you assume that both men have the same figure, then the taller man has a bigger windage (if that's the right word, I don't know engineering specifi…

I'm a little confused. Isn't the tipping moment the moment that is required to make an object tip? The force required to tip a cuboid is lower if it's standing on one of the smaller sides because the center of gravity is higher up, isn't it? So shouldn't the tipping moment be lower for a tall person because their center of gravity is higher?

1 inch = 2.54 cm 1 foot = 12 inches 5'5" = 65 inches = 165.1 cm I'd also not call it freedom units, but retarded units :)

I absolutely agree with you. When I say equality I mean "equal rights and opportunities". If you're not strong enough to walk with 25 kg of equipment and drag/carry a person out of a burning building, then you're not suited to be a firefighter. Same with the military. Equal outcome is a shit concept. "We need to have at least x% women in the engineering department". Fucking shit, 90% of engineering students are men, 10% women. Of course there aren't going to be 50% women in the engineering depar…

I know it's not an option 100% of the times but 99% of the times it is. If you're trying to be pacifistic and you only use force to protect yourself or others from harm, then you're doing everything right.

3rd wave feminism is cancer. That's why people fighting for REAL equality today mostly don't identify themselves as "feminists".

Feminism, which - contrary to the fairytales a lot of feminists would tell you - is indeed about women's rights, is just no longer necessary as it used to be back in the days where women could only work with their husband's permission, couldn't vote etc. It used to be a movement to increase women's rights up to the point that they're equal to men. Nowadays feminism is still about women's right - with the big difference that they're no longer fighting for rights men have, that they don't, but for…

Well it really used to be that way. Until we got to the point where everyone is equal - at least in my country.

You're missing the point here. If a man hits a woman - not in self defense - but as the aggressor, then he absolutely, unequivocally IS a piece of shit. Same if the genders are reversed though.
/r/PussyPassDenied03/02/20 01:44 PM

And you have every right to do so, as long as you only use just as much force as absolutely necessary and don't answer a slap with a few broken teeth.

While that may be true, "he must have done something to provoke her" being the result of feminism isn't what I meant to say. What I wanted to point out with my comment, is that a lot of todays feminists - the 3rd wave feminists - use that "logic" to explain any incident, where a woman hit a man. That is because they no longer fight for their well deserved equality - as the 1st and 2nd wave feminists did - but rather for a position of superiority. The "cis white male" who is the "enemy" in that s…
/r/PussyPassDenied03/02/20 01:31 PM

It's simple really. If a man hits a woman, he is an abusive piece of shit - which is absolutely true. If a woman hits a man, he "must have done something to provoke her". That's feminism in the 21st century, gentlemen.
