Great stuff. I never was heavy on going out every weekend but when I did/do they’re dialed to 11. Got plenty of stories that were well worth it. Also think the cure to hangovers is just not to sleep that night. This best utilized on high energy cities

I'm gonna add something that many may disagree with and that's video games. I pretty much stopped playing video games about 7 years ago chalking it up to a waste of time. But now in conjunction with everything above I dusted off an old Ps2 and play for no more than 45min at a time. This seems to really calm me down and get my mind off other shit to a great degree. I definitely am not playing daily but I've actually forced myself to do this from the benefit it gives me in clearing my head.

Dude I think it's the other way around. I was making fun of myself in my higher ed comment and that I need and use an editor (literally)

Yes I did. For the most I try as hard as it to be collected and actually did contemplate if that was the right action. But this was not the first time this student exhibited disrespect. It ended up working

Yea I teach physiology and kinesiology. But next time I will do what I do with my academic papers and send them through an editor.

Another important point is weight training can help you rid yourselves of man boobs/belly but it will take a considerable amount of time for your body to reverse and adapt to the years of inconsistent inactivity that may have caused this. The same goes for reaping the metabolic rewards that weight training offers.

I got this down. But we can't lose sight of what really makes a man. Taking care of our families and being of use in society. Also it's probably safe to say if you actually exercise in general (consistently) you're probably in the upper 10% of physically fit men in this society.

Damn this reddit depresses me. That diversity link makes me really value preventative health practices.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
