That's because women can make men's life horrible and while men leave women alone. Lol

I agree but that's what he did. I'm guessing it wasn't about equality than it was about being a celebrity that was seen behaving badly. If I was him I would have walked away just because all eyes would have been on me. After all, he's a fighter and can (but shouldn't have to) take it.

They were way too polite. I'm all for affording people their rights and not being unnecessarily rough but I think she used up her free passes

I'm not a judge or lawyer but I would have found her in contempt of court and continued to increase the penalties until she showed some control and respect. Then I would have dismissed the suit or awarded the man damages. Even if the guy had to pay the $10,000 it was worth it to avoid that kind of crazy

As a cop it is your job to insert yourself in difficult and dangerous situations. Managing those situations to maintain safety of the officer, bystanders and the suspect is paramount. Worrying about the suspect being armed or aggressive is hard enough. Having bystanders get in the way increases the danger significantly increasing the chances of someone getting shot. I've taken shits smarter than you.

She won't be pretty for long. She isn't that pretty to begin with. 6 on a good day. Her personality makes her a 4. And I'm sure there are poor minority prisoners that would love to see what happens to her face when beaten repeatedly

There aren't enough women to guard an entire prison. Staff is a higher or engage of women but still under 50%

The vast majority of the article talked about wasting police officers time and the injustice to real rake victims. It briefly had one line about the men accused and the impact on them. They are the greatest victims above all else. And 5 years is way to little. Also, she was treated with compassion and empathy. We're the men? I doubt it.

I love how western women complain about being told to smile as if it is a real problem compared to the women being mass kidnapped and raped by the thousands in Africa and Asia. It's like someone in the West complaining about a hair in their food while villages are starving.

I've had some bullshit attempts at manipulation at bars when random girls ask me to buy them drinks. I've had female coworkers that knew I was married approach me for random things including sexual favors. I've had students at the university I teach at offer me sex in exchange for higher grades. And I have been approached by random women genuinely looking for dates or interaction but didn't know I was married.

I think honestly men commit more crimes. It's in our nature and I'm willing to concede that. Especially violent crimes and rape. But what we need to do is understand women do too

The funny thing is they talk about how prisons are stressful and do not addres mental health of women, as if men in prison don't have issues. Then it states that prisons are designed for cisgendersd men. Imagine having a prison specifically designed for a gender and then somehow trying to claim your the one being discriminated against. And finally they talk about how 80% of women are mothers but according to the following link, 92% of men in prison are fathers. Where is the attempt to reunite th…

There needs to be a 30 foot zone around cops and if they order you out you have to leave immediately or get arrested. It's too much escalation to be that close, increases threat levels and risks violent or deadly interventions. 30 feet. Get the fuck back

This is over 6 years old, and she was on probation for 3 years. The one thing they didn't charge her with was a HIPPA violation. That would have been financially devastating. I wonder what the man's lawyers settled for with the hospital.

I want to play devils advocate. I mean, if she did everything including lighting, set up, design, planning and so on. Pushing a button can be done by a monkey. Unless I missed something, I side with her.

At least she had the courtesy to leave her husband and not just go off and chest on him she didn't even try to test the waters with the other guy. I don't know the etiology of what and how this happened but she didn't string along her family. Most women would have cheated for a while until they were sure.

Double the sentence that would have been imposed for the rape and life long sex offender registration . An accusation can follow you for life and ruin opportunities. She needs to be punished severely. And I challenge feminists to support this as false accusations weaken real accusations and the "believe all women" narrative.

It seems after a google search that this was from 2020 and was for fraud, not molestation or murder or anything life threatening. It's also from a bunch of people that bought stuff online and didn't receive it because of her ex husband running the online shop. This isn't PPD. This is miscarriage of justice at most.

How many women are injured because they started a fight and couldn't finish it. Them screamed that they are beaten spouses or women and claim victim hood. That's like a robber claiming I assaulted him while he was breaking into my house.

This attorney lost all respect when she was unable to keep it together and started crying. Also, the law is the law. If she can show that other offenders were sentenced to less within that jurisdiction then she has a case. But if not then she has nothing to stand on. This theatrical performance was ridiculous. She will be out in 10 years. I think that is reasonable.

You are correct. I found an article that clarified this. Too bad. Becoming an APRN is difficult and takes years beyond the BSN. Too bad she was too stupid to know how to control her mouth

Her personal beliefs should never influence her actions or treatment of patients. She says she prescribed meds but it says she is a registered nurse. Nurses don't prescribe. If she were advanced practice or a nurse practitioner she would have been referred to as such. She is an idiot. She deserves to go. If she actually was a prescribed and was found to be discriminatory then she deserves to be fired just as fast as someone who discriminated against anyone else.

In my opinion that is first degree murder. Planned and executed with the intent of taking a life and should be sentenced to life in prison. 6 years would be a pussypass in my opinion. A man would be crucified in the media with daily tributes to the woman he murdered.

Don't let one stupid commenters joke ruin your perception. As for your questions, I don't know the first one. Second is where men are expected to come to the rescue of women when they are in trouble, even if they brought the trouble on themselves. For example, a woman beating a man in public is allowed but if the man fights back the white knights will descend on him and best him up to look good for the girls. But they wouldn't jump in to stop the woman.

I am glad we have lawyers with integrity. I have a friend who's wife is a defense attorney and she we works really hard to get the worst of the worst the lightened sentence no matter what their crime. Yeah so you think it's ok for a police officer (regardless of gender) to slap a person (regardless of gender) purely out of anger or frustration and no one self defense or in an attempt to detain? This person clearly is a cunt but that reaction by the officer showed me lack of self control on his part
/r/PussyPassDenied22/12/21 06:54 PM

I have to disagree with you on that. There are so many accusations and people let out on bail that the majority of people wouldn't know someone was even accused of a crime. I always believe the names should be withheld from the public on all crimes until a conviction

What I have found is that single mother means a mother that is not married to the father/fathers of her chikdren. Her marital status is irrelevant. Most single mothers share custody and have significant outside help form family. It may not be easy but it is what it is. There are single fathers out there but you can't use that as an excuse to stay on welfare

I work in an ER and frequently have people that barely passed elementary school quoting fake laws like they are Ruth Ginsberg. They have always been 100% wrong. I've even had lawyers threaten me and my response always is that they can sue and I can counter sue and they will lose because they know deep down it is an idle threat and I have the law on my side

/r/PussyPassDenied11/11/21 12:13 AM

Never saw the reason for marrying an obvious gold digging whore. It's ok if they have some agreement for sex and services for him and luxury and lavish lifestyle for her. When he does her "employment" is terminated. Marrying someone like this just makes the "employee " into a "business partner".

So here is the thing. One on one with someone like this is likely to get the woman a lot more injured if he has to wrestler her. And all she had to do was comply. She's a country girl after all. She could have had a knife or Gunn he was in the right entirely and she was in the wrong entirely. And now she has the original ticket and multiple criminal charges I including resisting arrest and assaulting an officer. Hope she likes fines and a record.

I fee this isn’t so much a. Pussypassdenied pass as an exploitation of a women with mental illness. It’s unfortunate that she behaved this way and thankfully didn’t get anyone seriously hurt or open the door. My take on it is that a physical assault is always a potential lethal assault. Plenty of patients have come in my ER and died from bearings alone. Head stomping, throat punches, severe facial assaults and head injuries. You don’t need a gun to kill someone

After reading the article it seams like self defense since he attacked her. The only case I can think to make for her punishment is that she ran to a kitchen to grab a knife and returned stead of fleeing. Im not sure the layout of the residence or what her options were though. And I agree that a crack addicted sex worker is more vulnerable to being taken advantage through her desperation to get drugs. Just trying to take everything case by case and looking at it objectively and not automatically…
