I don't have a problem with that dude doing whatever they want... but I can't really find that attractive. Sorry bud.

no... i mean it's bullshit that the model isn't a chick. That's pretty impressive. How do they know what she used to have?

Dude, that shit is the 21st century mullet except it's not a business party relationship. It's femininity and masculinity relationship. And not that girls can't have short hair, but they should choose one or the other.

Yeah, but that's provably false. You ever take a class on modern american history and become attached to any of the bush presidents? What about Stalin or Churchill? Thinking about someone means you'll form an emotional attachment... Or do most men form an emotional attachment to some random girl that fails to want to go at it? I still don't get what tossing the whole thing gets you as compared to the few minutes a week on texts generally asking about their lives. Throwing it away seems wasteful.

Actually.... I have a question. Why does this type of attitude exist when texting literally wastes almost no effort. Shit, you could make these pre-made texts... "Hey, how's your day going?" "What's planned for the weekend?" "How's work? My boss just took a dump on my desk. As always, I'm cleaning it up." You wanna bang, it will probabl not happen, but you never know in what circumstance they might come back. She's got a shitty job at X, but you need a contact or some information? She's an angle…

What would her claim be? There is no recognized claim for an ex spouse that had been wrongfully jailed. Moreover, the settlement b/w the man and the state probably extinguished the claim arising from those facts; she couldn't sue on those facts. Also, you can't just sue a state. The state has to consent to your suit. So, even if she wanted to sue, there is no guarantee that she would be allowed to sue. Long story short: this dude has to defend the claim because of some open ended thing in his di…

It's not a question of what you'd be willing ot take, it's a question of negotiating ability. If you know the rules of the game, you know that without your acceptance the other party cannot receive any money. There's the rub. Why would you capitulate for less knowing that his desire to win is based entirely on you?

bc people are fucking lame. Someone about 20 years or so ago was teased. Their mom told them to just turn the other cheek as if it was an attack on that actual person's humanity. Now, they're ill equipped to be part of this game. There are young kids today that will never have these experiences because their parents/teachers are dramatizing teasing and equating it with bullying. Every human activity needs tempering; too much of anything makes that activity crap. So, yeah there needs to be a limi…
