Just read comments in facebook posts under Yahoo news or whatever, when they discuss news about "female frogs pretend to be dead to get rid of unwanted males" and such, and you will see that there is a strong underlying current of resentment (which is unmerited, but the idea of DA PATRIARCHY oppressing them is absolutely accepted), even hatred towards men (in general). I am too lazy to go through my posts, but a couple of months ago an American woman told me that I lie when I quoted this statistics to her, and she said that one in three (!!) women in the US are raped every year. Not to mention it is much worse to be sexually attacked than being beaten or killed. I do agree with much what you wrote, but what everyone here seems to forget is that it is not a "mere" social thing. It is an evolutionary thing. It is literally etched into us in a genetic level. You can't just discard it, and call people who want to embrace it wayward. You have to change us fundamentally.

We are in agreement. I was just telling their arguments. In their minds there is sexual assault/rape everywhere (you know the famed rape culture), and only a tiny fraction is ever being reported, and even the reported cases are not leading to conviction most of the time (which is not a proof of how the justice system works with the assumption of innocence -because an accused simply cannot be innocent, of course-, but a proof of how sexist the justice system is, of course). It is pretty evident why in evolutionary terms. Women give birth. Men do not. You have a tribe where you kill 99% of women, that tribe is dead. You have a tribe you kill 99% of men, their future is still solid with a very happy and exhausted man (not considering hunting, defense, etc.) This is hard-wired into us. We want to ensure that our genes survive -and women play a more important role in this than men.

Just anecdotal story: my father in law had an argument with his partner. She went towards him with her nails aimed at his face; he caught her hands. She said "that's right, I will go to the police and tell them you hit me". I do not think false accusations are rare. They are obvious leverage over someone, and people will abuse it.

Title IX seem to work as Judge Dredd does: judge, jury, executioner. It has nothing to do with ideas of Western law -it is a barbaric thing. And yes, the accused -even if acquitted- will see their lives in ruin -their chances taken away, time lost, etc, etc. They should be awarded millions as compensation -and this may dissuade universities from using this tool.

Yes, that is true. But to be fair, these feminists do fight "the good fight". It is not acceptable to have biological men in women-only places most of the time.
