7	A question about the circumcision debate The debate that someone with a circumcised penis has a higher incidence of AIDS is silly...why? Because it presumes that men aren't pacticing safe sex in the first place. A condom and testing will keep you from contracting AIDS first and foremost! Having or not having a foreskin is auxillary. It's like saying, these crevasses between my toes sure increase my risk of ringworm - if I cut my toes off, my risk will decrease.
