2	Don't feel good enough no matter what Do things that make u feel competent OUTSIDE of relationships, cultivate the relationship u have with urself. For me it's self mastery in various disciplines. Exercise is a given, im talking about hobbies, fighting, art, music, creative forms of expression. Accomplishment builds confidence and it carries over to other areas, including dating. 1	It feels like the seduction community was in its prime 10 years ago and now there are hardly any personalities Second this. Look at the social changes amongst these movements. Unsure why so many downvotes lol. It's not.like these figure heads changed society as a whole. It's more likely mass cultural shifts, changing attitude of women, behavior and expectation.
